the staff were very kind and very polite, super professional and always willing to help apart of one guy which i believe were the manager he was rude but rest of them absolutely brilliant, the argentinian chef , the waiters , the cleaners , everyone was a delight The property assume is old and the taps in the bathroom were rusted and over used, the tv was very old no much to watch fit the money i paid ☹️ i wish the restaurant would be a bit cleaner than it was , the baby high chairs were filthy

I was booked for 7 nights but extended my stay with another 3 nights excellent location plenty choice in food staff are very friendly I cut my foot in pool life guard went beyond and beyond to sort my cut out couldn't thank them enough I will definitely be back soon all staff in hotel are a credit to you s Could do with more storage in bathroom

Location is awesome! if you go out the back gate you are close to pubs and restaurants which is what our trip centred around. About 20 minutes from the airport in a taxi ( I'd recommend Bolt as a cheaper option) Depends on what you're after but the in-house entertainment wasn't great and the pool bar didn't offer much food wise. There's a lot of building work going on across the road, it can be noisy first thing in the morning if you aren't facing the pool. We were the only group of people in the pool and we weren't allowed a ball even though no other guests were using the pool.

Lovely hotel, there are building works across the road and they were extremely noisy from 8am till 6pm. I expect this is reflected in the price. Hotel and facilities were top notch, would stay again.

Very nice hotel, well kept with all the amenities you need. I would like to point out though that this is a hotel not an apartment so the rooms are not big compared to apartment type accommodation. It's a very nice hotel though in a very good location. Building works across the road are disruptive but I assume they'll be finished in the coming months. Weren't allowed play with a ball in the pool which was a bit annoying as there was nobody by the pool on this day apart from the duck floating around in the pool. Still a good hotel though.

Everything was great but the walls are so thin you feel that people walking down the corridor or in rooms next to you are actually in your room.
