Staff were friendly , perfect location, walking distance and right beside the beach, bars , restaurants, activities. The spa was great. We used it 5 days out of the 7 , massages , pedicures , reflexology, sauna , steam room etc. The bed was a little uncomfortable for me also the pool closed at 7pm, we would have liked it more for the kids to be open longer and a games room would have been nice . They did have a pool table.

We loved our room facing the pool and the sunny balcony. The location was the best with the marina steps away and the main beach boardwalk also just steps away. The underground parking garage was perfect with plenty of spaces. Breakfast was a huge display of choices. I had 3 issues. 1. On our last night my wife and I are in the room working on our laptops, and someone kept knocking on our door. A staff lady insisted to come in our room to inspect the refrigerator. I was in my underwear on the bed. The lady insisted that she inpects to make sure we did not eat the KitKat and chips. Seriously? She came in appologized, and said you can have all the drinks, but took the KitKat and Chips out of the room. We travel full time and that was dumb for the hotel to do. Why so worried about a KitKat and chips worth 5 Euros? 2. The free spa/jacuzzi wasn't used because nobody was at the desk to greet us to make an appointment. There was always a sign up that they were busy massaging someone. 3. The pressure washing of the lounge and swimming pool area each night. The pressure washer was very loud when trying to relax. We had to close the balcony door from almost 2 hours when the sun was out and setting. Bummer.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Generous breakfast buffet. Husband complained that the bed was not comfortable. Pool was closed for repairs but noted at time of booking. Parking was an additional charge.

Something was wrong with the heating system in our room which was room with terrace,wery hot all the time ,had to turn it off and open evry door and window.

The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety and everything very clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent — just a one-minute walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Overall, a good stay, especially for the location and breakfast!" and the staff they all are amazing. There were no basic facilities provided, such as slippers, toiletries, or any useful tools. Also, the air conditioning was not cold enough, and we often felt hot during the night, which affected our comfort. no parking, the parking fees in ruro 20 per day.

Lovely clean sunbathing area. Appreciated the raised area with view of sea away from noise of pool. Comfortable rooms great food.

Great location. The breakfast was very good and the complimentary mini bar drinks a nice touch. The room was a bit dated but was comfortable. There was nothing I didn’t like.

The location of the accommodation is very good: close to the beach and the harbor. The accommodation itself is very versatile and high-quality: the outdoor pool is clean, the sunbeds are comfortable, and the indoor spa and sauna are also excellent. The staff are particularly kind, polite, and helpful: on one occasion, we were looking for the way down to the parking lot, and one of the employees escorted us all the way there. At the reception, I had a long chat about Spanish football. Meanwhile, the receptionist/staff member told personal stories, which was very human. I highly recommend it

Ideal location for the marina yet quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms beautiful, even ours with no sea view. - loved the complimentary mini bar, that's a nice touch. Brekkie special, cooked well with a fantastic choice (coffee excellent). Sunbathing areas had plenty of beds and seating, spotlessly clean. Pool closed quite early on but really there wasn't a thing we didn't really enjoy and impressed with.
