Clean rooms Sound levels in the corridor. Not sound proof at all. No electrical outlet near bed for charging food.

Location is nice, 20 mins walk to city centre for trains and 5 mins to beach. But the water is not always warm for showering and duvet is think so had to turn on AC

Location to the beach was .2 miles I have no idea why this hotel is rated so highly. The rooms are so badly maintained. Mold in the showers, wood framing falling apart, pressboard deteriorating. Our balcony was completely enclosed and you could not see out. The bunk bed was falling apart and unsafe for child, as well made loud noises anytime anyone in it moved. And if you want to lock or unlock the door you have to use a key that turns on a card, so the lights turn off. Are other’s paid for their reviews? How are we treating the same hotel?

Rooms were fine. Bathrooms were fine. Short walk to the sea front and lots of excellent restaurants and a pretty high street £14 for parking, but not the end of the world.

The staff wwere incredibly frindly , the cleaning staff and the staff for breakfast did there jobs very well. Front desk were helpful . Overall the value was a bit high as for the season, torromolinos is getting up there in price for accomadations. Pool could stay open a bit later as they opened the pool late 10 AM and closed it before 8 PM

They did not allow my dogs even outside if the hotel. I did not use the room and I ask my momey back. They arranged a car rental montemar who stole 100 eur from my card

Good, varied breakfast with hot and cold items, clean rooms(if newly sanitised- smells of bleach), comfy bed, close to beach and walkable to train station. Very good water pressure and hot water. Nice-looking small pool. Good value. The bathrooms need some TLC both fittings and the plumbing (to reduce smell) and a little sound-proofing(though about average).

I like the hotel. It has nice views and great staff. Especially at the reception. But... No dogs. I understand. No dogs in the room. But why not at the external terrace? Small details like no eggs at the breakfast, no hot water in the morning.. the issue was a car rental they organised. Arrigant car rental ppl. They took awayy car at 8am ehiley contract was till 9am. Based on thats they charge me for not filling the tank 100 eur on a car worrh 45 a day!

Only stayed one night didn’t use many facilities , was able to check in 3 hours early with no hassle and the staff were great

Room needs some refurbishing, breakfast is good but maybe add some other choices ( chocolate & cheese to spread, omelette..)
