We had to change rooms 2 times but the staff was very helpful and did accommodate our requests eventually. Time of the shows are quite late at night and the set up of the room does not allow everyone to see them

Large hotel at very good location, kind personnel, nice big swimming pool, good choice of food in the evening and morning, good value for money. Quality of the “fruit juice” at breakfast is just plain bad. I certainly do not expect fresh juices for this price but I really advise to change these machines for something better. You have to pay for wifi :(

It was clean Cramped around the pool, sun umbrellas were not good enough to provide sufficient shade at the pool, pool was cold, food was only warm in the dining room, and choice of hot food minimal, and not very appetising, view from our balcony?? There was none!! Only 1 bar area and didn’t open till 8pm unless you sat out at the pool till 8, snack bar at the pool was disgraceful, food was left out on a table with no cover , bread, cheese, meat, cakes etc in that heat, only pancakes available in the snack bar after 4.30pm or food that was out in the heat all day,
