Staff were nice and helpful and the facilities were in good condition. In my opinion there need to be greater clarity on smoking especially around the snack areas. Some of us who are non smokers sometimes feel uncomfortable around break out spaces due to people smoking and being affected by that

The location The room was not clean when we we checked in. Despite, informing staff over and over it took over 2 days for them to do a deep clean..Even then, the room was not properly cleaned everyday. Phone wasnt working in room. It was overpriced for the place. Not good value for money.

Its a regular all included hotel, the pool is too small for the lot of people who was trying to use it. There are only Two elevators *a very small ones* available for the main towers, you have to spend a lot of time waiting for the elevators. The quality of the food is very poor. On the other hand, the staff is very kind and helping, they love to give solutions. The car parking pricing per day its vulgar..

Selection of food was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly, location is good we had a room upgrade which was a bonus. Nothing not to like, restaurant can be very busy at times.

Pleasant hotel fairly central, easy walk into main shopping and bars area. Not far from beach if you use the lift. Very busy restaurant, too many guests standing around buffet area chatting and getting in the way.

All the facilities were really nice and clean Food was rubbish. Pool area is AWFUL. And there’s is nothing to do at the hotel. Our bathroom also stank of sewage

Room was ok bathroom was a bit dated but all clean Speciality restaurant was good - Good choice of meats BBQ Bar at the front of hotel always got a table and drinks were good Meal times the restaurant was too busy struggled to get a table if you went in at peak times you just has to grab what you could not a pleasant experience. Dishes contantly being cleared away so all dirty plates and wasted food being taken away around you while eating was (like a canteen). Food was ok nothing special. Some very rude Guests. Not enough lifts and could only take a few people at a time. I went out of season so must be really bad in peak season.

The food was really bad quality throughout the trip. The staff was really rude to me and my friends apart from the bar staff, the rooms are really out dated and need redoing again.
