The bar was just under my window every night there was a lot of noise motorcycle and scandals sometimes, couldn't sleep before 3 in the morning when they will close At arrival I was intimidated to pay 30 euro more and the host was screaming at me in Spanish refusing to calm down.He was not understanding that booking.com refused their extra fee to be taken off my card.So they told me the card was frozen.I was in flight when they were trying to charge me and they said is not their problem if I didn't get their message that day of arrival I need to pay more or else I cannot stay there.So I paid as it was impossible to deal with his uncontrolled behavior.

The evening staff was unable to talk in English and also unwilling to be patient to use a translator Application. Big difficulty to solve issue.

A clean, comfortable and central place to stay. Good shower, comfortable bed. No milk for tea/coffee in the room. No television channels tuned in.

The location is nice. Everything was close enough and there were lots of different restaurants nearby. The hotel had no English speaking customer service at all. There were problems with the check-in itself due to incomplete instructions and the phone numbers provided by the hotel were not helpful because no one spoke English. The bed was quite bad and there was only one pillow and one sheet to two people.

The abbreviation in the title is misleading, it’s not too obvious that “Hs” stands for hostel. The photos are also misleading, though rooms look similar, they are so worn out that it’s quite terrifying to move in. They also don’t return deposits. Highly unrecommended

It was a pleasure to be there. The room was very clean, perfect localisation, railway sration and the airport near to the hotel.
