Location Needs a bit of updating

The elevator was very slow

Room and balcony Pool area too crowded. Lifts took for ever . fridge is only a cupboard like cooler .

DO NOT STAY HERE? if you’re looking for a chill holiday, where you can relax and make a little bit of noise do not come here. This is not a place to make a noise or you’ll get kicked out just for having a speaker on. I would not recommend this place takes about an hour to get a drink. They don’t change anything. The guest and staff are all ignorant. Very snobby establishment. If you’re looking to relax and enjoy your stay DONT COME HERE. Not for young people as it makes the hotel look bad so don’t bother booking. You can’t enjoy your holiday it’s too strict and a waste of money.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff are very friendly and professional. The room was so peaceful yet in the centre of the town. Maybe at little bit of low music at the pool during the day.

Location was good You pay extra €for a late check out but reception didn’t seem to tell the cleaners who were banging the k out door to get us out. Receptionist didn’t care when we gave her feedback!

I have stayed at this hotel before when it was AluaSoul it is in a great location, not far from Metro station with a direct line to airport, just minutes from San Miguel with all the shops, etc its a great area just to spend some time in. Good hotel nice room comfy beds tea & coffee etc. I stayed half board and with the price I paid it was a bargain. There have been a few changes since I last stayed when it was AluaSoul , Now in the rooms there is no free bottled water, no mini bar or tissues in the bathroom it has been pared back quite a bit, Although the food in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner was good & plentiful with a lot of choices it was not quite the same standard as before. But all in all it was good value for money and a nice stay.

Great location walking distance to train station. Good restaurants near by. Friendly staff. The pool area was nice and well used. Having a balcony was also great. Seems to be a destination for group tourists. Not the fault of the hotel but it was very noisy with shouting neighbours and slamming doors.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location was excellent. Beautiful lobby and pool area and everything was clean The hallways, room doors, etc is very dated and needs changing. It is also very noisy as you can hear everything through the walls and ceilings. You can hear The TVs, conversations and footsteps from other rooms making it difficult to rest

My first time here and I was really impressed. After a little issue with my first room (the balcony door wouldn't close), I was offered a different room, and everything was excellent. The room was very comfortable, clean, spacious. It was a very pleasant stay.

Helpful staff and good basic services and amenities. The pool area was nice and also a had a nice room with a view. The room's shower had a broken shower head and the door didn't fully close. Also, I chose this hotel because of the airport shuttle that was listed -- but when I checked in, the front desk person said they don't have a shuttle. She resolved it by informing me that taxis are nearby and can call them anytime - good thing since I needed a 4am taxi to Malaga airport. But I had to pay for that taxi ride that I wasn't expecting, about 25 euros.
