The most terrible experience in my life

Hotel el Pozo was absolutely dishonest, they charged for a room that we didn’t have. When we booked paying on line, the internet was cut and I thought paiement wasn’t done. I redo the process of paiement. When I saw in my bank account that it was 2 paiements, I reported to them they said they will cancel the room… they never did and play the fool… very disappointing!!! I’m Spanish and speak Spanish I am sorry for foreigners who are gotten scammed by dishonesty like what happened with me in hôtel el Pozo

The cafeteria team (the three ladies and one gentleman) were amazing too, always smiling and with such a great attitude. I really enjoyed my stay here and just want to say a big thank you to all the staff for making it such a lovely experience! ❤️

The hotel is centrally located in the pedestrian district of Torremolinos - on one hand it is good, on the other makes parking difficult. They do offer garage for 15 euros a day. The room was small but efficient. A/C worked The beds were comfortable. The staff was polite and friendly. No major complaints And the beach was only 10 min away, while the Congress Center where I attended a confernece was easy 20 min walk away As I mentioned...parking situation...but I guess it coems with teh territory

The hotel's location is perfect. You can get to and from the beach in no time, and there are many options for restaurants in the area. There are also several options for night life in the neighborhood. The hotel is perhaps a bit older, but to be honest I enjoy this. It has a more classic feel to it, and perhaps someone looking for a more modern hotel would be disappointed. I like staying in these types of hotels.

A bougainvillea decorates the entrance of this hotel! Easy access to a central location next to everything, a very beautiful neighborhood with very kind staff! The room was beautiful with good amenities and strong wifi. Also the breakfast was of very good quality! I will definitely return to this hotel! I didn't find anything negative, I liked everything

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star establishment, but has a lot to recommend it. Very well located. 3 minutes from the train station to Malaga and airport. Right in the centre of Torremolinos. But its greatest asset is the staff. They simply can't do enough to make your stay the best it can be.
