Check in was pretty smooth. Lots of doors to access. Property was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Tiniest tv ever!! Very cute. Nice balcony. All was good and looked like pics.

The WIFI connection wasn´t good

The location is great and the toilet is very nice. The staff are nice and try to help when they can. The bed is not confortable at all it is like sleeping in a hole! It is nice that the cleaning staff can accommodate with the time when do you want the room to be cleaned but the cleaning done is not good at all! Apart from clean towels the rest is disregarded. Also if you want to receive a package from amazon for example the hotel doesn't allow it which is weird I ve never experienced that in any hotel before!!! Sincerely except from the location and the toilet nothing about this hotel is good!

It’s more of an excluded place where you can chill out cleaners come round once a day really nice place if you wanna relax and quiet laid-back

However, the hotel was located in a very convenient area, just five minutes from the beach. The property itself was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly, and overall it was quite pleasant to stay in such a charming, old-school villa. The stay at the hotel was a bit uncomfortable because all the windows faced the courtyard, and at night the neighbors were noisy, which made it hard to sleep. In addition, the hotel didn’t have a concierge who could help a woman carry her luggage to the top floor.

Too noisy especially during night. People always coming and going and you hear their talkings or door shut and etc…

Cheap. Only paid 57 euro on the day we were staying. Close to Malaga airport (20 mins) and a shortish walk to La Carihuela, which was very pleasant with a very nice beach, restaurants, and shops etc Pictures on the booking site was of their new rooms, We were put in an older room, which was 'past its best'. No balcony as stated. No reception. You have to go the next door hotel to check in. When we booked the Booking.com site said our room was very immediately, but it wasn't. had to wait 30mins. Only a very short walk between the two hotels. We parked in a nearby car park cost 37 Euros for 24+ hours.

At the beginning we loved the look of the room for a hostel style accommodation it was modern and could see it was newly renovated. The second day there we had left for the beach at 11am and had seen the cleaning staff had started on the apartments, we came back around 6:30pm and our door to the apartment was opened with a sweeping brush outside so we assumed the cleaning lady may of still been inside the apartment (a little strange but we were think they may have ran behind schedule) we waited outside for 20 minutes thinking they surely couldn't take this long so my Fiancé had knocked on the door to let her know we are back and entered the apartment to find there had been no one inside just a mop and bucket inside... the door was left open for god knows what amount of time with all our valuables inside for anyone to enter our apartment!! We had reported it to the staff and nothing was said to us! Back to our arrival... we had asked when checking in was there an option on our last day to store our luggage anywhere and the lady behind the counter said yes no problem at all. When checking out we were told no there is no option for that to leave the reception area by an irate member of staff

The staff, the location, new my renovated The quality of the bed which is noisy and unstable.

- The hotel is newly renovated with modern decor. - The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. - The balcony was a nice feature. - The location was good. - The reception staff and cleaner were friendly. . - The WiFi signal isn't great in the rooms - The room lacked a kettle and cups, but it's 2 star so expected. - We had two single beds pushed together instead of a double. The bed covers were individually wrapped, so we had to frequently adjust them after the cleaners made the beds every day. - The front gate access was awkward getting out, requiring specific handling of the key fob from the inside. - We came back one day and there was a security lapse when the room wasn’t properly locked after cleaning. - There was no "Do Not Disturb" sign, leading to an unexpected entry by the cleaner when we were in bed, after the room had already been cleaned. Overall, despite these minor issues, I’d give the hotel 8/10 and would stay here again.

Clean Small but i knew that when i booked

The room was perfect for what I needed. The shower is excellent. The balcony is lovely. Air con is great. Cleaners were there everyday even when I didn’t require anything. Location is great too. The best thing about this property was the communication from the owners. I had an issue on arrival due to being unable to use the closest ATM to withdraw cash and they were immediately responsive and resolved it for me. One night quite late (after midnight) I could not work the air con and they sent me full instructions even at that late hour. They could not have done more to be helpful. I fully recommend. The wifi did not always connect but this was not an issue for me. I would be careful if you are reliant on WiFi though. I did not need the WiFi so I didn’t ask for help and perhaps something could have been done. As I said, the owners are very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
