No blanket or comforter on bed, it was a bit cold.

The staff was kind of friendly, felt like they were only doing their job and no smiles at all. The Hotel is so run down, was completely surprised. Nothing like photos in booking.com. Our room carpet and Hallways were so dirty and worn out, our bathroom was in awful condition, especially shower. In the hallway, there is plaster missing from corner walls and down by the pool, the umbrellas at poolside on tables were all Torn and it was so Hot and the Sun was strong and no sun protection at all. Im sorry but this Hotel needs a facelift or more of a remodel. Seems like they let this Hotel just run down, it was just so dirty, and so Hot! The elevators were like saunas, no air at all and when there are 5 or 6 people in elevator ... so uncomfortable also once you step out of elevator the heat hits you, no A.C. in the hotel when walking around the hotel and in the restaurants, the A.C. must have been setbso low and with so many people eating there it was just so uncomfortable. For us it wasnt a nice stay, we were fooled by photos of this hotel in booking.com

Property is clean no problem with that. The problem was the Room.the sink faucet was all loose,the shower curtain ripped,toilet running water.

Very good breakfast buffet included, after running a Maraton Lala Mattress and pillows are great and comfortable. Great service at the lobby and restaurant. People there was very nice. Air conditioning temperature control didn't work well, only very cold or off; cold for the day was OK but for night wasn't. The Gym only have running belts and in bad conditions. Missing some others workout or lift weight devices.
