Spacious and well-appointed room. Super comfortable. Room looked out onto some evergreen trees, which made for a peaceful feeling after a long journey. Very modern, which I like, but much nicer than a standard business-grade hotel. Great location, which is more human-scale than the absolute center of the modern city (Amir Timur Sq, where the big American chain hotels are). Not far from the leafy neighborhood of the Museum of Applied Arts and the embassies, as well as the Mirabod neighborhood, which has great places to eat. About 10-15 mins walk to the very cool Kosmonavtlar metro station, which gets you to the center in one or two stops. If you want to eat in-house, the restaurant is good and uncrowded, at least when I went, with an excellent wait person. Did not have breakfast at the hotel. Some of the reception staff had better hospitality skills than others (one was truly fantastic, another much less so). Because the aircon is powered by your room key, there is no aircon when you're out, which is fine by me. To prevent the room from heating up during the day when I was out, I deliberately closed the heavy drapes. But the daily cleaning staff would leave the heavy drapes open, and also open the window, which was not a good idea in 90+ degree weather. If you need laundry done, be aware that the same-day promise that's made on the sheet you fill out is not guaranteed, but they did kindly get it back by the following morning. Management should change the info on the sheet.

New hotel and i think the staff needs to learn about expectations from western visitors. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good. The hotel is located within walking distance to shops and 2 subway lines. The street was quiet at night. I booked a taxi through the hotel since i waa having an issue uploading credit card information on UZbekistan's version of Uber. I explicitly asked the hotel where was i going to be picked up and any special instructions. They responded with general information. When i arrived and couldnt find the meeting spot, is when they sent me a photo on whatsapp ( it should of happened when i booked it). Second issue is I paid the taxi driver when I arrived; i didnt know the hotel was going to bill me. Once again, the hotel needs tp give exact instructions to guests. Do not assume anything.

Location was great and staff were amazing and helping us. I wish it included breakfast but they had sweets at the front desk that’s was very tasty. Nothing.

Very decent hotel to spend a couple of days exploring Tashkent. The location is strategic, within a short walk to the metro station, and a short taxi ride to all the main sights. Staff were helpful and polite.

Clean and comfy stay. Best bed throughout our whole trip. Staff were nice. Yandex cars came quickly to the location Bidet was good but didn’t have warm water so it was cold water in December.

Location in the middle of Tashkent,good for families,clean . The noise from outside if the window is open , no ac working only air for that we should open the window to get cool air .

Friendly staff. Would stay here again because it was easy and comfortable. I had a deluxe room which was in fact really deluxe! Breakfast. Not a good breakfast for vegetarians. After over 2 weeks in Uzbekistan and a few other hotels, this one was the only breakfast that simply did not care about vegetarians. None of the bountiful salads I saw at other hotels, no wonderful local breads, although there were lots of delicious pastries and some incredible dried fruit.
