Art Hostel

I liked everything here. The staff is kind and helpful and speaks English. The location is good, there's a swimming pool, air-con, tea and coffee available all day, drinking water, and you can cook. Easy to meet other travellers. The buffet-style breakfast is probably the best I've had on my Central Asia trip. N/A

I guess the should have more bathrooms.

Great place to stay during your time in Tashkent. Comfortable and clean environment and a pool to cool off when you need it. The staff is friendly and they put out an excellent spread for breakfast. Convenient location close to bus and metro stations. Many backpackers here. nothing to add.

When I booked this hostel, I thought I’d get a mediocre experience for the cheap price I paid. Instead - from the moment I stepped in and was greeted by Dana, I felt like I joined a family. The hospitality was great, and that helped to create a very social vibe in the hostel. I met many great people during my stay. The rooms are clean and so is the shower and toilet. The 24/7 pool offers a great way to cool down after exploring Tashkent in the summer heat. The breakfast was very rich and tasty, plenty of options to choose from. Rooms and the shared spaces all have AC. 100% will come back again! I would have loved to get more recommendations for activities in Tashkent from the local staff, but honestly I managed fine on my own as well.

This was a great place to stay at and the breakfast was excellent. This is a great choice for a short or a long stay.

Lovely neighborhood Unfortunately during my stay of 4 nights there were 2 female reception staff on duty. One was outright hostile, the other indifferent and generally unhelpful.

They let us check out a bit later than due which was convenient to get some extra sleep thanks for that ❤️ Staff was helpful to show directions and book taxi ?

1. Proximity to the city. 2. Pool 3. Good lounge room 4. Breakfast best. 1. The horrible staff. Whenever asked for some help, always ignored and rude. Not knowing that milk is not to be taken for milk, the female staff was really abrupt and rude. 2. Registration: Majority of the travelers face the same problem of getting registration paper from them with always single excuse that internet is down. And I and my American friend realised that we stayed 3-4 nights and we were given registration paper only for one night. Something really shaddy! 3. House Rules: I was shown only toilet and bed. No other house rules or anything else. Torn linen: I was given torn quilt. Photos attached. 4. Serious attitude and rude behaviour: The common problem travelers faced is the attitude and response from two of the females who are very intimidating, unhelpful, inconsiderate and unprofessional. I got stuck at Airport due to registration. If these things improve, it will be the best hostel. 5. I call upon all travelers to give a review after leaving the hostel. Review acts as a blackmail strategy to manipulate registration paper.

Nice location and staffs are very nice and friendly. Located in the residence area which is very clean and quite. Only five mins walk from hotel you can find a supper market that you can find all you need there. Not far from the metro, the nearest metro is around 10 mins walk. Shower room is clean and dry most of the time. Free tea, coffee and drinking water in the kitchen. Breakfast is superb! Breakfast is a huge plus which included in the room rate, comes with variety of foods and value for what you pay. Nothing

the room could have been cleaner...a small cockroach was lurking, and also the AC was unfortunately broken..

I enjoyed my stay - the location was excellent, walking distance from kosmonavtlar metro station and museum of applied arts. The staff was very helpful helping my get oriented with my trip. It’s a hostel so there’s a risk others will be loud/inconsiderat, and of course you have to share the spaces more communally. But no problems with this hostel.
