A varied breakfast, free and fast Wi-Fi, generally polite and friendly staff, a quiet area, which is nevertheless a 5-10 minute drive to key places in Tashkent. The hotel did not have a lobby bar or smth place, which meant that for debriefing with your colleguages during a business trip you had to go/drive somewhere. Some items in the bathrooms need to be replaced/repaired.

Location. Staffs (specially Rustom, what a gem of a guy he is. I would stay back in this hotel for his hospitality) Breakfast. Nothing much just you cannot control air-conditioning from the room. It's centrally controlled.

It was quite place , not crowded Service- they don't accept payment by visa cards , push us to pay in cash without issuing tax invoice, after breakfast it is not possible to order any food ....

Disgusting! I fell for the exterior decoration and the sauna. Don't look at the picture, it's all a fake. Upon check-in, they were notified that payment was only in cash, although I booked through booking, after I was about to leave, they said that the next day I could pay with a card, which I agreed to, because check-in was at night.Then the next day I had to explain to the new shift that I had to pay with a card and that the hotel staff themselves offered and convinced me to stay.In general, they don't really like cashless payments, I think it's clear why.Further, when paying, for some reason they decided that I should pay a tax of $ 10 past the amount for accommodation, I had to prove that I booked through booking and all taxes and fees are already included in the full price. Apparently they wanted to compensate for the deduction from non-cash payment with these 10 $.In general, it can't even be called a service, it's disgusting. The condition of the bathroom was very poor and some places look like unsanitary conditions.

The hotel is new and very pleasant. There is a small indoor swimming pool and sauna . The sauna is extra payment. The location is a bit far away from metro station and central part of city

The hotel has all the basic comforts that are typically offered but such a big hotel + spa, gym, etc. Rooms are OK and have all the necessary amenities. Acceptable for a few days in Tashkent. Well two quite bad things. For one, the breakfast was not renewed much and if you joined late, you had practically no options. And secondly, although polite, the staff practically never remembered simple requests, which makes the stay a bit problematic or inconvenient.

Location is good. I asked to wake me up at 9 am, nobody followed my request and I did not receive any call to my room The towels are too old, and the sink in the bathroom was clogged. Breakfast is pretty mediocre compared to other hotels in Tashkent for this price

Location is okey Hotel accept only cash, spa is for payment, uncomfortable bed and small blanket. The key does work for all rooms so low level of security.
