We arrived at 6am, the plan was to hang in the lobby for an hour or so and go out to the city, come back and check in. However, they gave us room way before check in so we could take a shower before we go out, that was great. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly, our room was a lot larger than average rooms in the other hotels. Breakfast was great, overall we loved our stay there

The room was clean, spacious, and well-lit. The bed was comfortable, and the decor felt elegant and cozy. I appreciated the quiet environment and fast check-in process. The location was also very convenient. Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times. Also, the air conditioning took a while to cool the room.

The staff was very helpful knowledgeable, he guided us very good restaurants. I was not having Uzbak currency he let me borrow few funds. Room AC was not working but he shifted immediately in to the next room and there AC was working perfectly fine. ? Tissue pager was not in hotel room

This was perhaps the best hotel we stayed in during our entire trip through Central Asia. The location was convenient, not far from the main attractions, and the rooms were impressively spacious, offering plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety and quality of food, and the price we paid for the room felt like excellent value The only downside? We only stayed for two days—I wish we could have stayed longer!

Good clean hotel with spacious rooms at this price. Value for money. The breakfast also had lots of options. On the main road and easily accessible by taxis.

Great and very helpful staff! Clean, bright and spacious room and the breakfast was fairly good with plenty of options. Maybe more fruit for the breakfast and the area isn’t the most beautiful of Tashkent.

It was value for money and the location was very convenient. The cleaners did not clean the room or change the bedsheets until I raised a concern. Then it was addressed however the cleaning service needs to improve. The room floor was dusty. The bedsheets were changed however a thorough cleaning e.g. sweeping and mopping on floors, dusting the bed needs to be looked into. Also, I paid 50dollars for a 4-wheel drive airport transfer however when we arrived, there was no car. The hotel representative called a yandex and took us to the hotel. we could have called a yandex ourselves! The hotel representative who helped us is named Khusan and he is very professional. The hotel manager though, is terrible and sneaky. Firstly he said, the car was waiting for a long time and then they left, so I have to pay regardless. I immediately told the manager that we arrived on time and the car was not there at all. Infact his representative picked us up and helped us get into a Yandex. Plus the representative paid only 10dollars for airport transfer. The manager then changed his statement and said, " you still have to pay 50$ because our hotel staff gave you his time and arranged a Yandex for you. In the end, I paid 50dollars which is actually an exorbent amount compared to the actual cost and tips. After that day (2nd day), the manager always sat with a poker face at the reception. We were absolutely disappointed with how comfortably he lied just to get money. And this unfortunately became our first impression of Uzbekistan. One of the hotel representative was excellent in his service. His name is Khusan. He is amazing and a superstar who knows how to keep his customers happy. He helped in many other ways (within his scope of work). He was great and one of the reasons we continued to stay in the hotel. His manager is the total opposite.

No lift. But hotel staff helped in taking luggage

We stayed here for a day before our evening flight, so only got a glimpse of the hotel. We appreciated the helpful staff at the front desk. The room was large and clean. The shower was good, though the door didn't seal properly. It was a good choice. Mattresses were a bit old but comfortable.
