Staff is very good and polite, they accepted my early check-in and late checkout. The location is great, breakfast is fine, but not excellent. i was livivg in last floor and last day the elvator dosn't work for almost 1 day

Rooms were very big and clean. Room was cold. No warm water from the city for the building heat.

I liked the location. I booked 2 king rooms and got 2 small twin rooms And at check out the guy at reception told me has to pay $8 for a damaged in room. We even informed them first day abt room and locker not working door handle broken but nothing was done. We were shocked and asked what damage..he showed us a picture of bedsheet with a spot yellow colour stain. The issue was not paying but they never did a check in room when we checked in. And how will i know if it was my room? It was just a picture. Why they didnt inform us and showed us same day? When we refused to pay he asked the security not to let car go out and we had train to catch. We paid 100 000 cym without any receipt He was very rude and the ataffs for 3 days were not welcoming. Very bad experience at gloria hotel and wont recommend anyone going there.

The location is good. Price is good. When I arrived, there was very hot in the room. I asked to fix the air conditioner as it was working only for heating. Those days the temperature outside was +18C. I was told that they cannot switch the air conditioner for cooling, because "it is a winter period". +18C outside and the guest has to stay in the room like in sauna. Open window does not help too much.

In city with reasonable price and all required facilities. Little inside the street, difficult to locate by Taxi drivers. Away from main tourist attractions.

The location is perfect and it is very quiet. Staff was very friendly. The furniture is unfortunately very old. The bed is also old and a little broken. The breakfast was sadly not varied. It was absolutely not tasty. No national dishes for breakfast, the other hotels nearby are better for breakfast. It was also very rarely refilled.
