Location, price, large room. Staff helpful but limited english knowledge. The room was not cleaned after first night. Noise from corridor. Light coming from gap at bottom of the door and curtains. Breakfast assortment

A cozy hotel in the quiet area near the city center, friendly staff, delicious food, good Wi-Fi. There is a safe deposit box for documents, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a TV, a clothes dryer. And a blossoming chestnut tree right outside the windows. In 0.5 km there is a large grocery Korzinka.uz.

Very friendly staff helping with airport pick up. The location is in a quiet area, the next Metro stop about a ten minute walk away. Restaurants are nearby as well. Amazing breakfast!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The taxi pick-up service was very helpful. Good location. Located near to art gallery and underground. It would have helpful to know that there were no lifts, so a ground floor room could have been requested. Not a huge issue as the staff were helpful in carrying suitcases up the stairs.

The hotel is so good. It’s good also for the price. The location is just okay 10 mins walk from cafes and restaurants (Mirabad Street). It’s 3-5 mins taxi from Tashkent city / mall. The same distance from train stations too. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel and staffs are so nice.

the location is ok, the property is nice, the breakfast is ok. It's one of the hotel that charged the most but not value for price. There are no quilts in the room which is unbelievable. We had to ask for providing quilts before sleep and the quilts provided looked unclean, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Also, the shower head was broken and water went out like a column. The room seems to be out of use for some time that no one finds out the infrastructure is needed to complete.
