First of all, otel was clean, I stayed with my daughter, we liked. Everything was good and staff too. Location is perfect and near otel you can find all necessary market and restaurant if you need them

I booked a Superior Double Room for a 2-day stay, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The bathroom had a very strong, unpleasant smell, which made the room uncomfortable. I requested a room change, but the staff told me I had to pay extra just to move to another room, even though the issue was clearly not my fault. On top of that, the room was not cleaned during my stay, which is unacceptable for this price range. Overall, I expected much better service. I hope the management improves their room maintenance and customer service for future guests.

Slightly the location It is filthy . We checked in and the sheets were not changed the floors were dirty . Poor breakfast

Location was good It’s not clean at all, toilet was broken and it hurts our legs, the staff making noise over night and early morning and no isolation so we couldn’t sleep well and when we talked to them they were laughing and talk to each other’s in their language.

the place is very comfortable , staff they are exelant specially Mr. Hayder his coffee is professional place is quiet room is clean place is near the center of the city specially Magic park. there is no water to clean your thing at the toilet as not all people like to use the toilet paper. also the quality of body wash and shampoo as well there is no conditioner for hire or body.

Just location the room was very dirty, insects were crawling in the bathroom, nothing at breakfast, The water drainage channels of the bathroom were closed, after each shower there was a mini pool in the bathroom. Even a dollar is too much for this hotel,
