I booked Mercure South for my mom's birthday trip. The staff went above and beyond to make her celebration special. They have decorated the room free of charge, gave her a cake and a little gift and wished her personally on her birthday. My mom really enjoyed her stay there and asked me to rate it 10/10.

The breakfast was amazing, the room was very spacious with a walk in closet, a comfy couch and a nice bathroom, big comfortable bed. The gym was perfect I would also like to note that the staff were incridable nice and helpful and i would especially like to thank Jamshid Shavzoda. The was clean, but the cleaning was superficial in places, the couch had all sorts of stains and was pretty old.

Great hotel. Very warm and helpful staff; in particular, Dior at the front desk was very warm and helpful. Room was good sized with a storage closet almost the size of thew room! The room temp, shower etc. worked very well. There was a welcome plate of nuts and dried fruits in the room. The hotel is just a short distance from the airport; very convenient for early morning flights. The breakfast was fantastic with a HUGE selection. They even had a keyboard player in the breakfast room putting out soothing music. The hotel has a very nice Turkish restaurant, Lumiere. Overall, a great stay. One small downside is -- the hotel is located in a residential neighborhood and not close to buzzy downtown. However, Yandex Go (the local equivalent to Uber) is easily available and extremely cheap. So getting around the city was not at all an issue. Just remember to carry Soms (local currency) as Yandex accepts only cash (the Apple Pay listed on the app did not work).

The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff Mahmood and Samandar were friendly and professional, the room was spacious and well designed, and everything felt calm and high quality. The location is excellent, and the overall atmosphere made the stay very pleasant and relaxing. Honestly, there was nothing to dislike. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and the stay was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.

The receptionist at the restaurant was very welcoming. Her smile brightened the mornings. Close to airport and one of the best restaurants in Tashkent - caravan. Gym. I did not feel comfortable working out because it was always full of men. Also no Free water.

Broken shower from which boiling water poured in B408 room. Also in this room were narrow curtains that did not cover the window.

Staff are very friendly I didn’t like the hotel location where all buildings around the hotel are under construction and that makes it difficult to get a taxi. I had to walk 20 minutes to be able to get a taxi which was not convenient at all due to the hot weather.

Disaster place with disaster staff. I forgot my 68 pieces of paper documents on the table, all was together. When i realized i forgot my documents, reached out to hotel and they told me that “we throw them to garbage”. When i asked about their lost and found procedure and how they can throw my documents without my approval, the answer that i got was “was it written that those were your documents”. Seriously? Whose documents can be they in my room, where i stayed alone?? Really?? Is Accor letting these people to work in one of the most prestigious hotel in Tashkent? Disaster staff, disaster mentality. I don’t know what else to say.
