Very Good for The Rate I have paid All is Good Except that the Fitness Area is not working, only 2 equipment and both not working, only 1 dumbbell, I have selected the hotel as It is one of my criteria of choosing Hotel to have fitness center, It cant be placed in the website, unless they upgraded and make a real fitness center,

The staff was friendly and I was able to communicate in English with them. My heavy bag was carried to the room, and I was taken care of throughout my stay. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom. Evrything was clean. Necessary amenities, such as water boiler, tea, towels, shampoos etc. were all there. Breakfast was sufficient with your usual eggs, yogurt and tea. For coffee lovers, I recommend going to a cafe afterwards. I needed a location with an easy travel to the airport and to the South train station, and for these purposes Queens was great. Otherwise, it is a bit far from the sights at the centre, and there is a walk to the nearest metro station too. Taxis (in Yandex) have a hard time finding the exact location and usually leave you behind the complex in a random alley.

We were upgraded to a family room, which was very comfortable. The room and the bathroom were spotless. The location is central, which made commute very easy. The guy at the reception allowed us an early check-in, which was very helpful. He helped us even with ordering the food the night we were leaving, and generally was extremely helpful, polite and well-spoken. The breakfast was scrumptious and filling. Nothing to name. Everything was perfect.

Easy to get to really lovely reception staff especially the woman who was there when I arrived and the man who helped me with my bags and directed me To the correct hotel. The younger male staff were not as accommodating, when I asked for a The floor heating was so hot I was roasting all night and the other guests were really loud all night in the hall

The location was great for me, about 5 minutes walk to the. Metro and surrounded by shops and restaurants both local and international. Shirin the receptionist speaks very good English and was welcoming and professional in responding to any inquiry or request. The staff can appear reserved but are friendly if you say hello. The toon and bed were modern and comfortable. Good value Nothing , ideal base for Tashkent

It's comfortable bed, there is a bank, just in front of hotel. There is a parking space also The toilet must be checked before I visit, when I came it was leaking, I came night so no one can fix it

The location. The staff were friendly The noises; The AC makes noise. The bed makes noise. The doors of next rooms when opened or closed you feel like it is in your room. And the bathroom was not very clean. No laundry service. The breakfast was not that good, with a restaurant that is so small you cannot even move around.

The position, but it's irrelevant because Tashkent is a city in which you need taxi anyway Breakfast not fresh and disgusting. I paid the pickup at the hotel 12 dollars (normally it's 2 dollars with taxi) and they showed up with 1 hour delay. There is the stupid rule that you cannot invite an uzbek girl in the room if you are not married. This ruined my stay. In general pretty dirty.
