No natural light or ventilation in the room. Not as cool as needed.

- Modern and chic hotel. Looks new and clean. - The hotel is at a very good location, and its easy for the Yandex taxi to locate. There’s a nearby restaurant and a supermarket ( from which I’ve bought some Uzbekistan goodies for my friends at home ) - The breakfast buffet is excellent and has a lot of options. - 15 mins away from the airport. - The sound / vibration from the bar was kinda heard at the room during the night. - Room is a bit small. - There’s no fridge and an electric kettle.

Super clean, location is great, little thoughtful touches (toothbrushes, shaving kits, etc were appreciated), water was provided which was great in Uzbek heat! Some things to improve: air conditioning was not working well, unpleasant smell from water closet, TV was not connected to cable or streaming services. But most importantly staff training. We first were given a used room and came in to a mess, which ruined first impression unfortunately. We were given a new room, but the staff didn’t even apologise which was an awkward first encounter. Lady at breakfast was not welcoming. In the end people make any place - and if Sapiens improves this part, it would be just excellent :)

조식 때문에 3년만에 재방문했어요. 여전히 맛있었습니다. 에어컨에서 냄새 많이 나요.

Staff is excellent. Breakfast is excellent. Location is very convenient.

The breakfast is good, hygienic, and fresh with multiple options such as many types of fruits, salads, bakery items, international & local cuisines, etc. Location is pretty good. The Mirabad district is overall good. Rooms could be more spacious, and some engagement activities among the people staying.

Hotel cleanliness and staff friendliness Lack of basic amenities makes the hotel less than one star

Very comfortable hotel in a good location (close to train station and airport) and easy to catch Yandex taxis around the city. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and fantastic; they even have good room service. Highly recommend this boutique hotel.

A bit pricey for what it offers. Breakfast could be better.

The hotel is very well located close to Shota Rustaveli street. I was impressed by the presence of several pillows of varying degrees of firmness.

Amazing team and great communication and support. They allowed me to leave a bag with them for 8 days, check-in was smooth, the location is not too far from the airport or train station, the rooftop bar was very nice. We missed the breakfast that they are famed for but they kindly set us off with fresh coffees and boxed brakfasts in the morning.

The breakfast is fabulous but still behind the staff who are very friendly and supportive. The room is a little small but very clean. The location is good.

Nothing, all highest ranks.

Location, cleanness, staff, breakfast - everything about this hotel was great. There is a bar in the 5th floor - the last floor. On Saturday night the music was so loud it was impossible to sleep. There is also a restaurant nearby that is probably working 24/7 so there was always shashlyk smell.

Cosy atmosphere

Breakfast is amazing!! I’d stay there again only for having the breakfast. Staff also very kind. Thank you!

The staff was nice - especially a man who worked the night shift. He was very apologetic about everything, as well. There is literally a nightclub on the top floor of this hotel. A loud AF one. I was booked here for one night (and had 4 nights here after returning from other places in UZ) and my entire room was shaking. Turns out the staff threw me in a room a floor or two below a literal nightclub/bar. They moved me to B block at midnight (I had to be up at 6am). I passed out but probably because I was tired. I didn't cancel the second stay there because I left stuff in storage to lighten my travel load. When I returned for the second part of my stay, I was put in B block again and the entire room was shaking from the music. It was so horrendous and such a disappointment. Now I am staying 60m away in a lovely hotel and guess what - can still hear that bumping from the club. I have no clue how this place has high ratings... it must be 20-year-olds staying there because it was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at because of this. Who literally stays in a hotel with a nightclub that stays open until 3am?! I have stayed in thousands of hotels and this was one of the worst anywhere.
