-The hotel is in a central part of the city, not far from Tottori train station and bus depot. It's easy to travel to other parts of the city and local surrounding area via public transport, or even walking to some of the city attractions. -Check-in was very quick and straight forward -There's lots of restaurants, conbinis, supermarkets, and other shopping close by. -The hotel is a little bit old, but everything works -The bed is comfortable to sleep in -The staff were very friendly and helpful -As mentioned previously, it's an aging hotel. The mini fridge is very loud, and I needed earbuds to block the noise while sleeping. -The air conditioning in the room has a dial on the wall, and even the lowest setting was very cold. I had to wear my winter clothes I used for the plane while sleeping.

Only the friendly staff and the cleanliness. But it's not like the cleanliness was amazing, it was just mediocore Beds are very small for 2 people to share. The bathroom was also extremely small.

The location was great. Some of the parking staff were a little difficult. Especially if you find full speed Japanese a bit difficult.

Good location, nice personnel, There was a permanent noise of a venting system. If 1 is quiet, 5 is loud, it was permanently on 3.

Friendly staff on-site to help with check-in and hotel is in close proximity with other main attractions of Tottori when driving Rooms are slightly smaller, however it has all the amenities needed

Reasonable price, staff were friendly and helpful The location, it's a very long walk from the station. Tottori - other than the sand dunes and sand castle museum this town doesn't have a lot of sightseeing and many small businesses seemed to have closed down along the main street (probably a result of the C19)

Staff was friendly and first reception to ask me for my Citizen-card and not the passport after I spoke japanese, made me happy. I was able to enter my room early. Nice area, close enough to the station and bus stop. The restaurant in the hotel was surprisingly good. For being a non-smoking room, it smelled an awful lot like a smoking room. And I couldn't open the window. I guess thats because all the rooms were smoking rooms until a few years ago and the room hasn't seen a rennovation since 40+ years. Cleanness is also as good as stuff gets thats already decades old, it looks very used and everything is yellow. No plug next to the bed, just tells about the age. I could hear my neighbour shuffel in his bed and clearing his throat. The WiFi was horrible at times. Youtube in 144p (about 3pixel per square meter) with a lot of interruptions.
