The staff are very considerate to grant our request for a room with a better view (the one facing the station). The food is great. A great hotel that is a walk away from the main station.

The location is just right across the station. I room was bigger that the usual hotel rooms I have stayed in. There is free complimentary breakfast but don't expect much, since it is free to begin with. There are restaurants close to the location which was very convenient. The bathroom space was also big. All in all a worth it stay. Not much. Just the free breakfast. again since it is free I am not really expecting a "wow" breakfast. Some of the food are already cold since it has been out in the open for some time.

The hotel was located directly opposite Tottori Station. Very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our Japanese breakfast. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very recent hotel, well located, offering good breakfast buffet and free covered car park. Staff was all welcoming, smiling and helpful. The room (twin) had enough space for two, plus 2 suitcases. The hotel accommodated my request regarding the room location, that's highly appreciated. Bathroom is fine. Only 2 points that could be easily addressed: - the room was a little cold. But it was snowing, which doesn't happen all the time. - WiFi had problems. But I would assume that the technical issue will be fixed. This said, and these are no deal-breakers, it is a very good option in Tottori. Based on our long experience in Japan, we recommend this hotel.

The hotel and room was super clean! The staff were friendly. Check in and checking out was very easy. The lounge was wide and friendly. They have lockers for guest and free coffee. They offer free breakfast and free parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Excellent value for the price. Right by the train station. Lovely staff! Luggage forwarding/delivery service available. Washer/dryer/laundry available. Rooms are not too small either. The breakfast is Japanese style and quite delicious - they change the menu if you're there for multiple days. Nothing - it was a great value for the price.

Near tottori station, just walk accross the street, very clean, strong wifi connection. They provide free luggage storage, pajamas, complete amenities for both men and women, smooth check in and check out process.. and additional charge for washing mechine. Maybe the breakfast period can start early at 6.00 a.m so guest who need to check out early morning can take away it.

Location was the only saving grace The wifi was terrible. It would just go off intermittently everyday. The shower was terrible too. The controls are difficult to use

It’s so close to the station, cleanliness, amenities, polite abs friendly staffs, and good breakfast. I even left my hair iron after checking out and came back after few days to collect it before going to Okayama. I highly recommend this hotel and will use my club card more in the future to book at Toyoko Inn. Thank you. Nothing

I liked that it was clean and breakfast was included. I think the bed was a bit uncomfortable but mainly the pillow.
