VERY nice staff, EXCELLENT breakfast, view, and the room. It's not easy to arrive with big luggage by walk from the port.

And amazing place in front of the sea and at a walkable distance from Mykonos downtown, you can also pick a ferry to downtiwn at €3 approx.

Very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The owner was very accommodating and he personally gave us a ride both to and from the port. It is only about a 5 minute walk to the port, but the road is narrow and not ideal if you are carrying luggage. It is an easy walk to and from the port where you can catch the sea bus to take you to the old port and see the beautiful town. The staff was all very friendly and breakfast was delicious.

It was in a great location. Super close to the dock where you get off from the ferry and they offer to pick you up and drop you off. I have no dislikes. It was great.

staff very friendly and breakfast very good. Calypso was wonderful as well as the rest of the staff. Always smiling and greeting you. We had a wonderful stay and had to book extra night as ferry could not travel because of weather. would have liked to have a pool as the sea was not close or beach for a lovely swim with all the boats around.

The swimming pool was too cold to use which was the main reason for booking a room with pool. It would be good to offer a shuttle service to the port since transportation options on the island is limited

Staff were extremely kind, professional and helpful with great customer service. Spacious and clean rooms with amazing breakfast view. The walking distance was a bit long to the old town. However, it was alright as we took a car.

We had a wonderful stay at Avra Hotel in Mykonos! ? Everything was so peaceful and relaxing, and the staff were always ready to help with anything we needed. They made us feel very welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The atmosphere was calm, the service was excellent, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mykonos!

Our stay at Avra Mykonos was simply unforgettable! From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. They arranged a free pick-up from the port, surprised us with a beautifully decorated room full of flowers, wine, balloons, and a lovely wedding wish. To make it even more perfect, they upgraded us from a standard room to a private pool and terrace for just a small fee—such a thoughtful gesture that made our experience truly magical. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and in a great location, but what makes it outstanding is the people. Special thanks to Kalypso Giataganellis and George Rousounelos for their kindness, attention, and genuine care. We felt like family, and this was without doubt one of the best stays of our lives. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Mykonos! Nothing!

Actually the staff are amazing and very sweeet specially Kalypso I think she’s the manager who’s running the place, she’s nice and she did everything I have requested even when I’ve order to iron my dress they did it and she hand it her self to me she didn’t sent anyone from the staff she’s always smily and has a nice personality. And I love the service of Panos one of the staff we saw him there most of the time he’s smiley and welcoming person he’s always answering the phone and greeting us on the door. The location of this hotel is amazing with a special view ?? It was a bit windy so we had to fix our hair every time and you can’t woke from outside the street since it’s dangerous. There’s no slippers inside the room.

Great location Pool wasn't heated

The hotel had absolutely the best view of sunset from the entire island It has nice sunbeds and clean swimming pool. The room was spacious and clean. I LOVED my room and LOVED the staff here. Kalypso is the sweetest in the world and she was very helpful. I bothered her so many times on WhatsApp but she was always fast at answering and super helpful. I had no information about Mykonos besides few clubs and basically Kalypso helped me to plan the whole 4days. Also, their home made healthy breakfast was really good. You can have a breakfast with ocean view every day. I miss waking up at Avra and having wine while enjoying swimming in my own room (technically outside of the room) and coming back to this beautiful and quiet facility after partying every night. Plus, they prepared a bottle of wine when we checked in ♡ How cute ♡ Location: Everywhere I went was 10-20min by car, which wasn't bad Staff: I can't say this enough - I LOVE Kalypso! And other staff who I met there are all very nice, too Room: Spacious, clean, good temperature control, nice pool, and THE BEST SUNSET & OCEAN VIEW The fact that I can't come back anytime soon (lol meaning there was nothing to complain)

We were welcomed by the lovely Kalypso and Panos who made this stay exceptional. Excellent customer service with their own personal touch which was extremely helpful and genuine. The hotel had a modern feel to it but still had the classic white greek look, the rooms were spacious with a beautiful interior and right next to the port. Breakfast was included and they make everything fresh and serve it to you rather than having a buffet vibe. Mykonos town is about a 25 minute walk or you can take the seabus for €2 and go by boat for less than 10 minutes. There are shops 100 metres down the hotel. The views were amazing. We upgraded to a room with a private pool and it was absolutely sensational! There are no lifts, only stairs so be mindful if you are on the higher floors... its a lot of steps!

The wonderful team made my stay really easy and enjoyable, my room was beautifully appointed and the breakfast was amazing!
