Great staff; they were very helpful. They gave a great restaurant recommendations! Loved the complimentary drink at the bar and breakfast. And it was very close to the train station. If we are ever in Tours again, we will definitely stay there! And it was an amazing value!

Clarity of parking entitlement a bit confusing as the advice was that we could park on the street but in fact the bays were marked 'payant'

We weren’t very happy with the hotel and don’t feel it was worthy of a 4 star rating. Air conditioning didn’t work; decor was very dated; hallway had an odour to it; there was no privacy in the bathroom as it didn’t have a proper door; parking facility was not convenient as it only had one remote control for everyone to use which had to be returned to the hotel before driving off.

The staff haven't any consideration for disabled people, were unhelpful and downright rude Parking for disabled a long walk from the lift whilst able bodies parking is outside the entrance, the staff were horrendous, I believe it's because we're English, thoroughly discriminating, if you don't want English people or disabled people staying you should say so in the description.The beds were hard and lumpy and the duvet had a hard thick strap taping it together in the duvet cover, very odd. The reception staff day and night really had no time for me and tried very hard NOT to understand me regardless of me attempting with pigeon French. English is the international business language try harder!
