The location The AC was not working properly and the refrigerator was dirty with bad odors
-
But good things he assist still but i hope novotel to take time to see the room
-
AC was weak due to some law requirements.
-
The breakfast was quite limited in options.

Location I checked into the hotel after a 10 hour drive from England at around 15.00 hours. Went to the room for sleep while my wife took the children fir a walk and was woke up by constant drilling for 2 hours. The reception did not advise me of any maintenance. I was not very happy tbh.. very poor!

Superb

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean. The location was great, being so close to the train station which meant that we weren't dragging our bags around. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. We also requested a cot for our baby on 2 occasions but did not receive one.

Exceptional

Not much. The hotel needs a good update, this is not a true 4 star hotel. All other Novotel units I stayed are well above this one.

Very good
-
Good location and friendly staff Stayed 2 nights and room was not cleaned
-
Convenient location and good sized bedroom Lack of amenities, even when requested for more hangers or even extra trash bags (to replace the full trash bins), service staff simply said no!
-
Lift is very small!
-
Nice guy at reception. 3rd bed was no bed, just very very uncomfortable sofa. No way to sleep! Too loud next to the main station.

Location, rooms & restaurant staff The hotel was understaffed and incompetently run. Accessing their car park was a nightmare as the button to open the entry gate was very well hidden! Not enough towels for 2 and desk staff were quite awkward about giving us any more. Tea and coffee items in room were never replenished. Only discovered the day before we arrived that restaurant was closed at weekend ( 2nights of a 3 night stay). I had searched with restaurant filter option on so this is down to Booking com’s website

Comfortable No bar
-
Attentive and helpful restaurant staff, close proximity to railway station. Room was spacious, furnished with style and clean. Cleaning lady put pressure on us to leave the room 30 minutes before regular check-out time. Accessing and exiting the hotel's garage was complicated. Synthetic bed linen were not comfortable and air conditioning control in the room did not have any impact on airflow and temperature. Internet connection was slow and interrupted.
