There’s air conditioning, which was a big plus! The hotel is also extremely close to the train station, just a 1–2 minute walk using the shortcut. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. There’s also a delicious Thai restaurant next to the hotel, making it very convenient for meals. We had a wonderful stay and a great trip in Tours!

The hotel is located in an excellent location for cyclists, in close proximity to the train station, with a secure bicycle parking area. Extremely friendly receptionist

The hotel is adequate for a short stay. It is clean, comfortable, and--above all--very convenient for travelers coming by train: it is about a 5 minute walk from the Tours train station. It is also walking distance (of 10-20 minutes) from many restaurants and the pedestrian neighborhoods. The immediate neighborhood where the hotel is located is boring! But more appealing neighborhoods are a 10-20 minute walk away.

Not a bad hotel, good room, lift and all automatic doors, also secure car park. Location wasn't the best, I would not recommend walking around at night

It is definitely a 2* hotel but it has some pluses. First it is acros the corner from the bus/train station which is handy since when in Tours one will do a lot of travel for the castles around. (It also has a parking, but I did not have a car). Second, it has an elevator. Third, even if the room is small, furniture is smartly conceived, to give space to put all your things. Fourth, it has a sort of AC - it works on green energy and it's not terribly efficient, but at least it works on ventilator, so you won't boil in your room. Fifth, the owner is attentive to the needs of the visitors: I could check-in early and he offered a ventilator on a very hot day. As said before, do not expect luxury: small and basic room, small bathroom, but the info in the description on the site was not misleading: one would know what to expect. However, it's a bit pricey for the conditions.

Good central location, secure car park, rooms were basic but did what was required though had air conditioning. Surprisingly quiet for its location. Plenty of dining out options within 1/4 mile.

I made a reservation for this hotel before a previous time, the hotel was fine, except on this event i was looking for a room in paris , We had kept the hotel card from last time and inadvertantly booked this hotel thinking it was in the centre as no information came up where it was placed before finalising the booking... We called the hotel to cancel the reservation, theyre was no knowledge other than the return dialogue explaining the situation to follow through with the refund, I was convinced theyd take action to cancel it, after i returned to my home bank id realised theyd charged me £360 with the hotel and in the White up it said payment will only take place once i arrived," which i never did!!! Quite frankly thats disgusting behaviour..

nothing our room absolutely stunk of cigarettes the curtains and nets were filthy small dark room for a high price

they wouldn’t let me in so I couldn’t stay because the check in counter had no late hour options and my flight was canceled to late to get there but they still accepted my reservation and on the phone the concierge hung up on me when I was standing out the front on the street, and just left me stranded. would you pay 160€ for this ? hmm

Very good

the room and bathroom were small and awkwardly situated, the elevator only took you part way and then there were stairs, the air conditioner didn’t work, the breakfast was very minimal, the desk clerk didn’t speak any English at all, the immediate area around the hotel is not nice

Good secure parking. No traffic noise.
-
Reception, location, parking were all ok. Breakfast was lacking in diversity.

On site parking and location. Owner very friendly. The bunk bed was terribly uncomfortable for the 3rd adult which is what we'd booked for. Very small claustrophobic room with very few facilities.
-
The location The room is incredibly small, with a tiny bunk bed above the main bed for a 6ft 16 year old. The bathroom is also very small.
