The front desk staff were not very pleasant and guest oriented

The staff at reception were so pleasant. The bedroom and bathroom were good sizes. Lots of space with all the amenities. The bed was big and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly Nothing

Large room, staff always helpful, location is excellent. Breakfast price is ridiculous. No restaurant for late evening eating.
-
Location. No parking, had to park 200m away in underground car park, but no so bad.
-
Great location, friendly helpful staff, dogs are welcomed, decent breakfast, lifts available. A tiny bit worn out. Can’t sleep with open windows at night because the street circulation is noisy, but with ac ok.
-
Unique vibe, great location, pool, friendly staff, big rooms. Only treadmills in the 'fitness' room. No dumbells, or machines etc. Also no sauna, steam, or anything - I could have swore I read somewhere it had those.
-
Big room, good beds, bath robe and slippers provided. Breakfast was good. Location: in the middle of town. Parking facilities under the hotel, very handy in such a busy area. They advertised with a whirl pool in the spa area. This did not work however.

Staff was very helpful. Didn't use the pool. Location was excellent, easy walk To restaurants and old quarter Air conditioning in rooms was sub par in VERY hot weather

Good location in Tours Shower was not hot enough.

Staff were very helpful with booking parking and breakfast. The suite was large and great for families.

Great location in the heart of town near where bus tours to the chateaux departed from and main sights along with good restaurants: another good restaurant in hotel itself.comfortable room . elegant lobby and grand staircase. Super helpful staff!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect! We really appreciated the available parking. The facilities were a little tired and worn. The hot tub in the pool area was not hot at all. We really wished we had a refrigerator because we had medication that needed to be refrigerated and we were unable to keep small foods (like yogurt or cheese).

Very nice and clean hotel in the center of Tours. Spacious room with a Nespresso machine. Parking under the hotel @ Euro 25.00 per day. N/A

Pros: Central location and that's about it Where to start: 1. jacuzzi did not work; 2. massage tables in poor condition; 3. bar closed on both Friday and Saturday; 4. Broken windows inside room 218; 5. really not good enough for a supposed 4 star hotel. Given all these problems it's awful value for money.

The location was perfect. And, the hotel was lovely. The front desk staff was stuffy and didn't acknowledge guests.

The location, right in the heart of the city is great, lots to see and do within walking distance. The room was very comfortable indeed, lovely bathroom and a sitting area with coffee machine. The lounge areas are very grandly decorated but not over the top, it certainly gives it atmosphere. The pool is more of a plunge pool, not for swimmers but we saw lots of children and adults having fun in there. The car park is handy and easy to navigate. It is essential to book your place for your stay.
