Great value for money. Very functional and clean for family of 4. Breakfast was great and definitely worth booking it included in the room.

Clean sheets Afternoon desk person was unhelpful. Morning desk person was grumpy, unhelpful. Poor breakfast, very little of it (for example milk container had 1/4 full, etc….and I was first in), not worth the money. No hair conditioner or lotion in bathroom, only one trash container, no outlets by bed (need closer one for medical device), no ceramic glasses or cups just tiny flimsy paper ones, shower leaked on floor, room tiny - difficult to get by other person.

Location, price and breakfast Wifi connection fails all the time and main reception too slow to check in in the evenings.

The parking is quite difficult to find and not free. The gravest problem is that the air conditioner does not work, so the room is either very hot or noisy (as you need to open the window and the hotel is beside the railway track). Toothbrush and toothpaste should be great addition.

No light, no heat, no bathroom carpet.

There was barely enough room to move past the foot of the bed.

It was at the center of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was not easily available

We were quite disappointed with our stay. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, there was an insufficient supply of toilet paper in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. The reception staff were unfriendly and seemed reluctant to speak English.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was very good as it was a short walk from the intercity bus station, the local bus station, the train station and the town centre. Nothing.

Traditional Ibis budget, simple but comfortable and clean. It is close to the train station, which is practical, but a little isolated from places and services.

Typical Ibis hotel. Breakfast was good value and plentiful. Underground parking good value at 9€ for town centre. Location brilliant. OK for one night The room was tired, no hand towel, bed too firm and pillow uncomfortable not a good sleep.

standard comfortable hotel with breakfast included but without any kitchen facility. You have to ask for hot water at the fron desk, no kettle provided. Public microwave is available if it works.

Its walking distance to the city centre, train station as well as the tram. The check in was quick and simple. The lady at reception was kind and approachable. None

Very little, the receptionist was kind & friendly The bed was as hard as rock & I barely slept. The shower was filthy, the tiles have years of grime & I can not believe it's ever been cleaned! I'm truly amazed that Ibis want their brand so tarnished as this.

Short walk to the train station, so in term of food option, there are plenty to pick from around the train station. You reserve and pay for onsite parking, which is right below the hotel with lift, saving us finding parking somewhere else. The room was basic, but clean and comfortable.
