Location and parking very good. Our room 705 was spacious and well appointed (although there seemed to be only one electric socket) and had a bath as we had requested. One of us found the bed uncomfortable. This hotel doesn’t serve dinner. Breakfast was disappointing. At 9am the scrambled eggs had run out, as had the fromage blanc and the strawberry jam, and the staff had no intention of replenishing them.

Nothing went well. We were allocated a room and the water from the taps was dark brown and smelly so we asked for a refund immediately as we were not prepared to stay in the hotel. Reception were as helpful as they could be however they could not confirm a refund until Head Office had reviewed the request. I am still waiting for a refund 1 week later. water supply was dirty and smelly.

I got positively surprised where I got welcomed by a lovely receptionist upon my arrival. She was extremely helpful surprised me with a room upgrade. Kodos to her. My room was super spacious although very outdated. Maybe the help of a designer to match the interior of the room would do the trick. But it was very clean and quiet. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was in typical Mercure Style with a big selection. Always enjoy Mercure breakfasts ! The receptionists on the following day and departure day were the complete opposite of the lovely lady on the arrival day. There was no passion or even a hello or acknowledgement of my presence. Very short communication. I did not need my room cleaned on the second day due to late arrival the previous day. TWO employees within 30 minutes were knocking at the door to confirm rather annoyed that while I was trying to have a nap. Seriously ?

Outside the town in a neglected area . No facilities, bar non existent, no restaurant. 4 stars out of date . Tired looking building. Room basic .The only positive thing was the underground parking which was very secure . Certernly not a 4 stars standing.

Nice spot to stop for a night on our road trip. We had adjoining rooms to cater for our large family (3 kids). This worked out really well and everyone had plenty of space. There is also underground parking. Wonderful breakfast too. There was no mini fridge to store our water bottles.

Standard hotel, easy to park, breakfast was certainly OK. Rooms were a little bit strange in shape but we were there for only one night and slept well. The environment of the hotel is not the most pleasant one at night - walking back to the hotel after dinner felt a bit desolated. I would not stay here more than 2 nights.
