The hotel is at a good location, close to the city center so we were able to walk everywhere. The hotel itself is cute, charming, but a bit "old". The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was alright, not sure it was worth what it cost - but there are plenty of options around as well. I would stay here again if in the area - just probably not in summer. The floors are squeaky, so if you're on a lower level you can hear the people above. There is no air conditioning, and unfortunately we were there during the "heat wave". They provided a fan which was not powerful enough to help much, I spent the night awake, sweating! Not their fault there was a heat wave, but a ceiling fan would have done a better job, or a widow AC.

The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was fine. The location is excellent. It is a very short walk from the Tours train station. It is in a quiet location but you can walk all over. For me it was great. Mr. Wilfred was super. The only minus is that the room was very small. But it was OK. The armoire was inaccessible.

We were received warmly into this lovely hotel. It is excellently located—close to the train station, a short walk to bustling areas, and tucked into a quieter neighbourhood. The room was comfortable and functional. The staff members were very helpful in giving information and helping us with logistics. We discussed beforehand that we would arrive after the usual check in time, and they worked with us to make check in smooth. The courtyard had a bicycle rack where we locked our bikes up overnight, and, since the courtyard itself is locked at night (accessible only to guests), the bicycles were extra safe. We were on the 1st floor facing the street, and on the one early morning that the garbage collection came, it was a bit noisy, but otherwise it was not a problem.

Clean and placed close to the station and tourist office. Nice staff and rooms with a soul.

The manager. He was so friendly and helpful. It was more like I was staying in his own home. That I didn’t book a longer stay.

The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The location is wonderful, close to the train station and in the center of town. If I return to Tours, I will like to stay here again.
