The Hotel is very near to the center, the staff are amazing and very respectful, Breakfast was incredible Nothing, I am more than satisfy

The staff were the only bright side of our stay , always kind, respectful, and doing their best to help, even though they clearly had very limited resources to work with. Their efforts were genuine and much appreciated We stayed at ALMIRCAN Hotel in Trabzon and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing compared to the high price we paid (over €2,000 for our stay). The value does not match the cost at all. From the first moment, the hotel failed to meet basic expectations. The ventilation system is very poor, and there is a constant bad smell in the reception, corridors, rooms, and bathrooms. Even after cleaning, the foul smell remains. The cleaning service is only provided if you specifically request it — meaning if you forget to ask, the room will not be cleaned and even the bathroom trash will stay there. The bedding and pillows are of very low quality. The pillows are extremely hard, the covers are rough, and no alternative pillow types are offered. This made it very difficult to sleep and rest during our stay. We had sleepless nights. Another serious issue was the safe. Instead of having a proper safe in each room, the hotel brought us one safe to share between two rooms, and even that was broken. They tried to fix it, but it was never repaired, so we had to carry our passports with us at all times, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. The hotel also does not provide basic amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, or conditioner, which you would expect at any decent hotel. We raised our concerns with the hotel manager, Mr. Erol, and requested to cancel and refund our stay (minus the cost of the night we used). Our request was rejected based on hotel policy, without any real effort to address the problems or to make our stay more comfortable. In the end, the price of this hotel is at the level of a 5-star property, but the services and facilities are not even equal to a 2–3 star hotel. While the staff were kind, the management’s unwillingness to help left us with a very negative experience.

Amazing place it is 15 min walk to myidan trabzon, Clean, it feels new , amazing staff, if you came here you will not need a car unless you want to go to places outside trabzon , they can book for a driver to take you outside trabzon, good breakfast, free parking, if i came back to trabzon I definitely will rent here again, Every thing is amazing, but I wish that they can provide a washing machine as the laundry services charge is very expensive at the hotel ,

Bad smell in the break fast area. Charged additional for the kids, always recommend to book as per actual members including kids.

Really It was amazing accommodation.. the hotel is very near to the center .. everything was amazing... it was very clean and the staff are very helpful and supportive... the breakfast is very good ?.. special thanks to Mr zakareya the Manger he guide us with daily visits plan to amazing places.. of course we will repeat the visit again. Nice small hotel just by Russian Embassy- if you need to visit it, this hotel is just perfect. Very clean and well-furnished rooms, good breakfast.

Exceptional

Everything was wonderful! The room was very clean!!! The breakfasts were delicious, once there was even a buffet breakfast. The hotel has a good location, everything is nearby: a park, cafes, shops. Also it is convenient to work from the room. -
