They refused to refund my accommodation although I sent them all documents proof that we were prevented from checking in. They refused to refund any cent !

The hotel staff was amazing, helped with everything requested and was very friendly. Highly recommend the hotel with love. The service manager at Moon House went between the guests' tables at breakfast and made sure that everything was in order and that nothing was missing, which is truly amazing. The hotel location is amazing, very good breakfast, excellent internet without interruptions, sufficient breakfast and the staff is more than amazing.

Everything was excellent. The location was perfect, the property was very clean, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. I would especially like to thank Mr. Hossam for his outstanding hospitality. He is genuinely kind, respectful, and incredibly helpful. He assisted us with every detail throughout our stay and always made sure we were comfortable. There was one occasion when we were feeling unwell, and he made an exception by arranging breakfast to be delivered to our room, which we truly appreciated. He also helped us cancel a tour we had booked through the hotel, even though the cancellation request was made at very short notice. His understanding and willingness to help made a huge difference to our experience. I would also highly recommend the tours organized by the hotel. The transportation was comfortable, and both the driver and the tour guide were professional, friendly, and very cooperative. They contributed greatly to making our trips enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting. We would be more than happy to stay here again in the future. Mr. Hossam’s exceptional hospitality was one of the highlights of our stay, and he truly represents the highest standards of guest service.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms are well furnished, although I found them to be on the small side. Parking was very convenient in the on-site garage. While the hotel is in the central part of town, it is a bit of a hike up the hill to the central square. This could be a problem for somebody with mobility issues.

Excellent hotel location, very good breakfast, helpful staff especially Mr Hossam who facilitated our entire stay by making sure our room and vacation went smooth and also guiding us to choose tours .

The staff is really customer-focused! I traveled with my daughter and two grandchildren and we were treated with the friendly and hospitable service. The breakfast was outstanding. The views from the 7th floor restaurant terrace were fantastic. The parking in the area is limited, so the hotel parked my daughter park her rented car in their lower level garage.
