Staff members were super helpful and nice. Service level is very high ?? room was clean and smelled good. Breakfast is amazing, also location is great, it’s the center of the city It was noisy at night, something with ventilation and also rooms are not soundproof so we could hear people talking in their room. WiFi didn’t work but they said it was all city problem, so I guess it’s not always like that

excellent location (in the center), very tidy, friendly and nice staff, excellent breakfast (a large selection of delicious local food - on the photos just a part of it), hotel's own parking lot hotel parking - a bit more difficult to access (NOT THE HOTEL'S FAULT!, but because of the casual behavior of others in traffic / vehicles left parked in the middle of the street, the hotel staff solved it), you need to prepare for narrow and busy streets with drivers with unusual behavior ... not just in Trabzon but everywhere in Turkey)

The location is perfect! You will find everything you might need around. The staff I had to meet, Mahmoud and his friend are very open minded. I thank them very much for what they do for me to make my stay unforgettable in the very captivating and beautiful city of Trabzon. Finally, the breakfast was very tasty. No complaints about my stay.

Hotel located in the great place. Hotel staff and facilities was excellent. It was a great experience for us in Trabzon with stay in Grand Business hotel. We are highly suggest this hotel to everyone which want to travel to Trabzon.

The breakfast gave you many choices, fresh and adequate. The location close to the centre and about 10 minutes walk. The TV did not work properly, i asked twice for some help but it never arrived. I had 1 channel only, in turkish

Good location near the Meydan plaza area, very clean rooms, prompt assistance by the staff, comfortable stay. Special mention to Hayri who went out of his way to help us with the checkin process and also for further bus bookings. Nothing much, finding the location may be a bit confusing at first if not following a map or clearly explained to the taxi driver.
