The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The location was great, as it was in the city centre When we arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, we felt that the bed sheets were not clean, so we asked them to change them. Also, there were someone else's used slippers in the bathroom. And if you ask me, the door handles also needed to be replaced because they were rusty.

Nothing We checked in Laye night, next day we asked just one hour late check out, hotel was almost empty, the supervisor refused. Honestly was very Rude with us, I don't recommend it for any one.

Staff were great, beds very comfortable and very central location. Shower did not stay up, very amateur cleaning, no next to bed lamp, very cheap furniture, one of the rooms felt damp.

I liked the location of the hotel most. The staff was very nice and cooperative, especially Hasan. The internet connection was weak at night. There is a need for more variety of food on breakfast. The view from my room wasn't satisfactory.

The location is excellent, it is right in the main area of Trabzon and close to everything you need. The building looks fine from the outside. The staff did their best to respond to our needs. The hotel is not in good shape. The building seems a bit old and needs some face lifting. The check in took long, and we were made to wait till 3:00 PM to have our room even though the check in time is 2:00 PM.
