The breakfast is very simple.

the staff is very nice and helpful, especially the young lady Ferihan, the location of the hotel is excellent, close to the Forum mall, the breakfast is correct and rich in cheeses, do not hesitate to visit the hotel, you will feel at home

This hotel was amazing. The Staff here is very friendly and they are helpful. They helped me pick out tours that take you around the city. It’s a very nice hotel with clean facilities. I loved staying here and this hotel is definitely worth the money that we paid. The Location of this hotel isn’t too great. There isn’t a lot of sites to walk around in the hotel area.

What we really like was the room cleaning and kitchen staff. They were courteous and helpful to the point they would use their own mobiles to translate Turkish for us. first of all, they said to pay at the property. When we reached there by 10 am they had already withdrawn the total amount. Second, there was a dog next to the hotel property that kept barking during the night for the entirety of the stay. We couldn't sleep at all. Third of all, what they advertise for the hotel is not what you will see in reality. The hotel is situated in an area full of garages. Fourth, the management needs to upscale their communications skill. Basic English is not even understood. Fifth, they are very stringent with complimentary necessities like water or iron and iron board. Finally, the price we paid doesn't match the stay we received.

Nothing is really worth it to be mentioned about the property as good. The property is located in an industrial area and no facility available in the property or near to it. Staff don’t speak English and were not helpful. The manager of customer service “Husna” doesn’t have any customer oriented, was dishonest, unorganized and was avoiding to meet the customers because she doesn’t speak English. No enough elevators in the property (only 2). Only one access card for room was given and it was used for electricity. Cleanness is very basic. The pictures of the rooms shown on the website don’t match the reality of them. Rooms are very small. The property has only one room available as per these pictures.

The location of the hotel is in an industrial area + breakfast is very normal and it is not worth giving more than one star , You will have to stand in the queues daily due to the location of the hotel

Comfortable beds, good AC, rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was good but it needs more options like different types of eggs Staff are very cooperative Walls are not sound proof and bathroom is small

Poor location next to industrial area. Taxi do not often come around to this area. No nearby cafe, grocery or restaurant or anything for tourists within walking distance The 4 rooms asigned to our group were very small. For each room, you can only have 1 access card and they charge 10$ for extra card if needed. Lighting inside hallways and inside rooms is very poor and not safe for old people with disability.
