Good facilities, swimming pools, water slides for the kids. The beach was not ideal as there were plenty of rocks, while deeper was sandy.

The food could have been better, but I also understand that as an all inclusive hotel these margins are hard to maintain.

Everyone was so kind. The room was always clean . The food was amazing. The kids' activity was very fun.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Entertainment team were very good/enthusiastic yet not pushy. Food was lovely and great service from waiting staff. Location was a little bit out from main resort , but only €10 in a taxi

Staff are wonderful and the hotel is beautiful, spacious rooms, comfy beds and beautiful grounds. Food was not to my liking but to be fair hot may jut be an All Inclusive thing. The drinks were ok as long as you stuck to spirits, cocktail were awful.

the food quality was good throughout the day. The catering staff work hard to meet demand Attitude of some of the reception staff left a lot to be desired. The place is extremely expensive, and if you are going to offer all inclusive on drinks please don't offer a beer that is so weak you could drink it all day without it having any effect. Also the snack bar offers food until 5.30pm, - you try getting anything other than the left-over wraps after 4.45pm and you will be disappointed.

Great hotel, so glad we chose this , would highly recommend . Food was fantastic with a great section . Staff were incredible , if you are after a relaxing holiday , this is fantastic choice.

The general standard of the rooms and common areas was very good. Outside space was also very good with lots of sun beds and shady areas. The standard of food was ok but could have been better in terms of variety. The drinks in the 'all inclusive' package were not really good enough, and the house white and red wines were poor. The live music in the evenings was good but far too loud, and made conversation impossible. Also there were often two lots of music which clashed.

Fantastic views and very nice staff. The breakfast and dinner were disappointing and served in a canteen like atmosphere unless you sit outside (where there was no shade on the tables). The bathroom in our room was completely outdated, cracked tiles and a shower head that was replaced, however not what you would expect from a 5 star establishment. The evening entertainment was in held in the brightly lit lobby - just all felt a little cheap. The saving grace is the views.

The room upgrade, complimentary late check out and meal at the a la carte restaurant, wine cakes and gift in room. Vasia, Lola and Rimi excellent as usual. The tall man at the Panorma bar was good too. Will book again for our 6th visit for next year. Rooms are tired looking, especially the bathrooms. Lady at main bar at nights can't mix all drinks properly. Young man at Olivia bar most nights is miserable and needs to be more customer friendly.
