Villa Sagui in Trancoso is a truly beautiful place, with a charming atmosphere and very friendly, welcoming staff. You can tell they genuinely try to make guests feel comfortable, which I really appreciated. The experience was unfortunately affected by infrastructure issues. We didn’t have water in our room for several hours, and the problem wasn’t resolved before our departure. As a result, we had to leave without even being able to take a shower, which is quite unacceptable and significantly impacted our stay. It’s a lovely place with a lot of potential, but the basic facilities really need to be more reliable to match the overall experience.

Very cool bungalow layout and located at the very end of a gorgeous path above a small lake. We were the only two people at the time and we felt almost like VIP N/A
