Palazzo Gatto Art Hotel & SPA, BW Premier Collection

Modern, clean and comfortable room with a fantastic shower! Great breakfast options! We were just passing through on a one night stay but very much enjoyed the space. There weee motion sensors near the bed do every time you moved the green lights came on which disrupted our sleep. Other than that everything was great!

The property was modern and clean, staff were very nice and helpful. We were put in a room that has a window to an interior open column that ran from the lobby to the roof, with no outside light. The room was uncomfortably hot all night long and they told us they were full and couldn't move us to a different room. The hotel room was not fit for habitation but we arrived relatively late and did not have time to switch. The staff at reception was very nice - helped arrange a dinner reservation and discounted the room somewhat but we had a miserable night.

Perfect location. Fantastic bathroom and water pressure. Working a/c. One lady was extremely nice at front desk. Breakfast staff also nice, iComfortable bed. I extended my stay, so that’s saying something Rooms facing street are loud at night. Not enough sound proofing . No made to order breakfast . Would have loved an omelette . Pretty expensive

Nicely appointed and in a great location in Trapani. Relatively expensive for a fairly small room. The room said two kings on booking.com but we had one king and one twin. The first room lost power after we had unpacked all of our bags so we had to pack up in the dark and move rooms late at night. Not optimal!

It was comfortable, clean and quiet. Breakfast was a bonus and staff were excellent. Front desk was very helpful with information. The room black out curtain didn’t close properly. Also the bathroom window allowed in a lot of light at night. Plus there was no ventilation in bathroom. There was a blinking green light on the side of the bed, that made it difficult to sleep.

We liked EVERYTHING !!! Staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful. Room was specious, beautifully decorated, and very bright. Shower facilities were AMAZING. Location was great Breakfast was delicious. We liked everything about this hotel

Palazzo Gato gives you a true spa like experience, from the moment you walk in the place is filled with fragrance drifting in the air that wakes up your senses. Then you are greeted with professional Staff, who are willing to help you in any way possible. The rooms are quaint and comfortable, and most of all really clean. Breakfast is really substantial, with fresh squeezed orange juice, and sweet and savory options. The plates and silverware are absolutely an art form. The servers are really kind and helpful. This was our second stay at this hotel. Prime location in the old town, literally one minute away, yet very quiet. There was construction going on on the top of the roof, which was quite loud in the room. But this is temporary.

The noise outside makes sleep very difficult. If I had not had earplugs, I would have had to move.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and modern. Parking was easier than we expected so trust the instructions they give you and get the parking app. Breakfast was really good with local specialties and good coffee. The location is really good and everything is walkable with lots of good restaurants nearby. Nothing-we had a great stay!

Modern clean and great location for the old town Rooms on first floor were dark little natural light and so felt a bit enclosed.

Rooms and location great On Booking.com it says there are two swimming pools. There are no swimming pools, there is a hot tub on the top floor which you have to book well in advance of your stay. The other pool was a hydro spa which was closed. Parking was a nightmare- when I booked they said there was a garage which would pickup and drop off the car at a nearby square. I got two emails confirming same and asking to ring 30 mins before arrival. When We rang an hour before they said the garage was not available and park on blue spaces in the square. After 30 mins waiting for a space one became available and five cars tried to get it. We were not lucky. Contacted the Hotel again and they directed us to a parking lot about 3km away. Disgusting place with an even more disgusting vehicle to drop us off back at the square. I would never have booked this hotel if I knew this was going to be our parking arrangements,

Everything was great! The service was exceptional, rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Location was prime! The only negative thing I have to say is that you can hear the noise from outside and it’s pretty loud. Other than that it was a perfect stay.

Modern decoration, clean hotel right in the center ( which can be a little noisy around 01:00 AM. Parking can also be a problem. Breakfast nice but doesn't have the variety I expected. The Hotel's stuff were very nice and helpful Parking, A noisy street even at 01:00-2:00 AM
