Clean spacious, 100 years old but built with quality materials and workmanship. They only gave you 2 coffee pods for your stay, you had to buy additional. The price was nominal 1/2 euro Each, but c,mon just build it into the rate! I hate being nickel and dimed.

Good location. Friendly people. Has an elevator. Poor internet connection in the room we had.

The hotel is in an outstanding location right in the historic district adjacent to the pedestrian area and a very short walk to the porch and parking. The building is beautiful, we believe it may have been a Palazzo at one time. The rooms were impeccably clean, large and spacious with modern bathrooms and very comfortable beds. The staff were simply outstanding! Very friendly, helpful and attentive, especially the friendly Valentina! Great cafes restaurants and many things to do right at your doorstep. Loved everything about it.

Great location and the staff was very helpful The fridge was too small and the bed was very firm

Easy and convenient location near everything. We were able to use Albergo Russo as our hub to explore all of Trapani.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The location was perfect in the heart of the city and within walking distance to everything.

Big room was a treat! On a busy street but never felt like it.

Clean quiet room in the heart of Trapani. Water, coffee & coffee maker provided. Helpful staff helped us figure out the complicated bus schedule to Agrigento on Easter Saturday. Would stay here again. Was very nice not having to coordinate our arrival time with an absent manager. Good value for price paid; not fancy. Nothing.

Cleanliness. Location. But most of all, the staff!

We spent four nights at this lovely property. This hotel is very old and located in the tourist part of the old city, right off the main pedestrian street of Emmanuelle. The building has very high ceilings and classical decor with interesting art on the walls. The elevator was on the small side but both of us (two very large folks) and two big suitcases were able to fit. The mattresses in our room with two twin beds (on the third floor) were very hard. The first night was very uncomfortable. I contacted the front desk and asked if they could do anything about that, and they brought in a four inch foam pad to put on top. That helped so much and I was very glad to have asked. The staff are very accommodating and friendly, though they didn't speak much english. We communicated mostly through translation apps and WhatsApp. This worked well. There was a small fridge and the room was very clean. The shower was on the small side for our big bodies and a little awkward to get in and out of. But once in, it was good enough for the purpose. Having a hand-held sprayer made a big difference. The water pressure was good. Our room looked out over the main pedestrian street and there were a lot of street sounds but the windows they had in place did a great job at muffling them so sleeping wasn't difficult at all. The location on this main street was perfect. When we were planning to go visit a beach on one of the Egadi islands, I asked staff for beach towels and they provided them for no extra charge. Overall this is a wonderful hotel as a base camp for exploring the area. The staff were very helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again. The internet was very spotty and it disconnected a lot. It's an old building with high ceilings and thick walls. They really could benefit from implementing a network solution like a mesh network that will propagate the signal a better. If they have fiber internet, it wasn't reflected in the internet speeds. This wasn't a huge problem for us but it was a bit frustrating during our down times.

A simple old-style but comfortable family run hotel in the centre of the old town, close to the port and very convenient for trips to the islands etc. Our room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Valentina was always on hand and was endlessly helpful and kind - including when one of us was unwell. Highly recommend this hotel if you want a few nights in Trapani. We had a room with view over the main pedestrian street Corso Victorio Emanuele . Beautiful but a bit noisy at night. If you are concerned about noise you might want to ask for a room at the back.

The staff was amazingly friendly and the location was superb. Nothing.

Location was fabulous, central in the old town. Plenty of eating and drinking options right outside your front door. We found free parking not so far away, paid parking a little closer. Owner was extremely friendly. My bed was really hard. I asked the owner to put a mattress topper on, which she did and it was so comfortable.

Location close to restaurants. Shower was great lots of water pressure. Staff very willing to be helpful and pleasant. Windows were locked and shuttered . Bathroom had tiny ants on the floor . Pillows were lumpy. Parking was a good fifteen to twenty minute walk and it was difficult to find property . Lady at front desk was very nice but no English. No mirror in bedroom only bathroom.

We really liked the staff, they were so welcoming and helpful, and always positive. I traveled with my mother and sister. When we asked for something, there always was an answer and a help. The location was just perfect. The area safe. The room was big and nice. Air conditioner worked brilliant. They cleaned room every day. Everything was just perfetto! Thank you! Everything was great!

The location couldn't be better - right on the Main Street with all the bars and restaurants at your door. Our room was huge and super clean, staff extremely friendly. Honestly can't fault this place! Trapani itself also exceeded our expectations. The small coves / beaches in the historical town are beautiful for swims and sunset watching - only a couple of mins walk from the hotel Nothing - all good
