Centrally located and rooms were clean. Regretabbly the ac in our roonm was not functioning on our arrival. I contacted Le Cale and they sent someone with a portable ventilator. Also maintenanace man tried to fix AC but still did not work. It wasn't at all pleasent in the room as it was very hot and humid. Le Cale gave me option to walk out as there were no other rooms available.

Location was terrific - on a quiet street a block from a street lined with shops and restaurants, a 10-minute walk from the port. Easy to find, we were permitted to drop our bags early. Samantha was lovely and gave us restaurant recommendations. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Very nice shower. Rolly shades in bedroom and bathroom did not work.

Everything, communication with the host was flawless, also possibility to have coffee in the morning in the “kitchen for all” with fridge where you can put your own breakfast..everything was clean, spacious, very close(few steps) to beach, and Main Street, we would definitely return:) thanks Stefania❤️

My wife was just in love with this accommodation. And I need to agree there was something very nice in it. Let's start with the location: the bus to the airport is 8 min walk, the promenade is 2 min walk, and the central street is 1 min walk. For me responsible for the planning - ideal choice. The room is big with a small balcony, so our 2 big bags with all the stuff we had didn't ruin the room's overall design. And there were no moments when we felt that we would need more space. Very nice and convenient bathroom with everything you need. I liked the bed - the most comfortable one among those we had in four different accommodations we stayed in Sicily. The shared kitchen with cookies and tea/coffee was a nice bonus. Sound isolation could be much better. We were lucky that the neighbors were very quiet, but at one moment we felt as if the neighbors would take the shower just under our door.

Stefania is an absolute joy, so bubbly and welcoming from the first moment we arrived, and always available to help with anything you need. The location is only a few short metres away from everything you need - beach, shops, the best restaurants and the port for trips to Favignana or other island day trips. The room is comfortable and clean and despite being right in the centre, is quiet enough when you close your window. Lovely stay at Le Cale. Nothing

Location superb. Right in the heart of the Centro Storico. We had a car and found parking at the port approx 4 minute walk to apartment. Stefania our host was so helpful in every way. The room is spacious new and fresh and unbelievable value for money. Although on the 2nd floor I highly recommend this property to all ages. Nothing

The location is really close to the city center with a lot of restaurants around and this cute beach 10 mins away by walking. The pier isn’t far from the location. The location doesn’t have any parking area available around. I wish Stefania said that ahead of time, but we were unaware of the situation till the day of the arrival. The only parking spots available are 400 meters away and aren’t cheap. We didn’t know there was a tidying up service, since nobody usually get into your room, but when we found out we asked for clean towels and apparently that wasn’t included, unless you are staying for more than 4 days. All these information aren’t present in the description, but eventually Stefania helped us with the towels. Ultimately the place isn’t bad and it’s pretty clean, but Stefania should be more clear with the service she gives, because it doesn’t seem very fair knowing a lot of things on arrival.

The location is ideal: less than a minute from the shopping street with lovely bars and restaurants, next from the sea promenade and a few minutes from the beach. The room was very comfortable and decorated with blue tones and maritime motifs, so cute and detailled. The bed very comfortable and soft. The walls are thin and sometimes you can hear noise.

I loved Stefania, the hotel host. Super sweet, available and friendly. The room was always very clean, every day they came to make the bed and clean the room and bathroom and left us a basket with small things so we could have a light breakfast. We always had available coffee, tea, water, etc. I will definitely return to Trapani and this hotel will be my first choice. Good location, excellent host, cleanliness and maximum comfort.

Very nice host willing to provide information about the place, with very good English, apartment was very clean and well equipped, there was also iron, fridge and coffee machine in shared area, juice, water and small refreshment in the room, perfect location, central but not noisy, we were very satisfied Just it was quite close to common space sharing with other people, but there is an information about it on booking, we prefer more private

The apartment was in an excellent location right in the heart of the Old Town Easy to get to all of the local attractions Stephania was easily contacted and happy to help with any queries about the area There was some work being done nearby but that couldn't be helped

The property was minutes away from the city centre as well as the harbour to catch the ferry to Favingana. The room was bright and the space perfect for myself and a friend. Everything to explore in Trapani was literally a step away nothing
