Most of the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good and varied The location was very good for the beach and old town. The lounge and bar area didn't have Aircon so not comfortable

Room was very clean and comfortable. Good location with great restaurants just around the block. Public parking across the street was easy and cheap. Breakfast in the morning was really good. The staff was very helpful. No problems or issues.

The hotel was very central and the staff was exceptional. Room was of a high standard and finding a bottle of bubbly was a nice touch. Breakfast mainly continental but with a wide choice and every morning there was something new to try out. -

coffee good, food adequate Front desk staff helpful decor, layout, strange route to get to room, small lobby with no appeal, paid parking outside very confusing. Had to put coins in machine regularly or use smart phone, not able to use credit card for parking lot

Nice position and very clean and very big room. Most of the staff was really great We didn't get the room with sea view as promised and paid for. The staff entered our room while we were having breakfast to take some beds to another room, and left the room opened in the meanwhile with all our stuff in sight. They also moved the clothes that were on one bed to remove it

EXCELLENT LOCATION. PARKING WAS IN FRONT OF HOTEL AND HAS PLENTY OF SPACES. PERFECT LOCATION AIRCONDITIONER WAS WEAK. BUT WAS OK SINCE WEATHER WAS NICE

We loved our 4 night stay. Reception Staff were excellent and the location just perfect. Being Irish, a jug of milk on the table to add to tea or coffee; some butter (none visible); cutlery was fabulous except plastic spoons (!); breakfast options very sweet so maybe offer melon/grapefruit etc. No tissues in the bathroom (I brought my own pack)

Hotel in ideal location, very clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast selection and exceptional sweets. Location is close to all amenities, exceptional restaurants and cafes very close by. The hotel is in need of a general upgrade.

The hotel is close to the port, historical centre, shops and restaurants. The hotel is exceptionally clean, beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good. Staff is helpful, professional and ready to help. The only drawback is that there is street noise especially during the day. But there is good soundproofing so the balcony door needs to be kept close.

A very nice hotel in Trapani just on the edge of old town. Very easy parking right across street. Breakfast was amazing! Staff very friendly and helpful. Very nice stay. Everything was very good

My wife and I were very pleased with our four-night stay at Albergo Vittoria. In the first place our room was comfortable, quiet and very well-equipped. We particularly appreciated the powerful and effective heating system (important in January!), the excellent lighting, the large window and the modern bathroom. The room was clean and in good condition. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Not only was there a wide choice of dishes but the quality was very good. Coffee was served quickly and generously. The WiFi/Internet was good. Our room was properly serviced each morning. An unusual and especially welcome feature of the hotel was an abundance of art and artifacts. Not only the reception area benefited but also the corridors and the rooms. The location of Albergo Vittoria suited us well. Across the street there is a large inexpensive public parking area and just a little further is an attractive park. Just west of the hotel is the city center with very numerous attractions and services. To the east of the hotel is a residential area with many friendly and affordable restaurants. No complaints at all.

room was great Had the studio room which i booked as it was ideal toprepare my own food. However the kitchenette was not equiped with plate or a glass.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was fairly new and exceptionally clean.
