Nice place! Big and clean ? Friendly staff ??

The location is perfect especially if you have a car the church you are right outside the old town area so parking is super easy. Also, owner is very very nice. Very accommodating. Immediately responded to any question that we had and made sure that our stay was great. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. Thanks again!! Nothing. All was great.

Exceptional

The location was amazing - so central. Made up for disappointing service/room allocation. Stayed for 3 days so it enabled us to get out and about so easily. Paid parking around the corner was handy too. Extremely disappointing experience. We booked and pre-paid for a 2 bed room with a balcony. We arrived and self-checked in to what turned out to be a one bed room with no balcony. Other few rooms appeared to have have people staying in them. As we were staying 3 nights we really wanted the balcony and needed the extra space. Contacted the owner via Whatsapp the next morning and the reply stated that we had contacted him too late and that there was nothing he could do about it. No apology. He did say he could move us for the night following - our last night (as we were going out on our last full day on a trip 7 a.m.to 7pm we were unable to move our luggage so couldn't vacate the current room in that time). After following up with him - he offered a small refund but has never actioned this despite being requested several times. Accommodation was at a different location from advertised - we had to drive a few more blacks and re-park the car. There was only hot water in the shower at night, there as no fridge or tea/coffee in room - shared fridge at the end of the hall which was a little odd and a cafe a few blocks away. Booked and paid for something we definitely didn't get. Would have been understanding if we had been contacted before and advised of a double-booking or something - would have worked soemthing out but for him to know and not say anything felt like a bit of a rip-off. Double-check you are getting what you paid for ahead of time. We continue to wait for the refund promised in writing.

Very big and clean room close to the center for a reasonable price. There is no reception, but everything is done over Whatsapp. Some rooms (ours) are at a slightly different address.

The room was very big, clean, and comfortable. The location was ideal for me. I stayed in the Via Vito Carrera location in mid-October and my room was FULL of mosquitoes. There were so many I couldn't even sleep at night. Guests need to be able to open the windows, so the windows absolutely must have screens! It's a clearly a problem they know about because they left a mosquito racket in the room. But that's useless, who wants to spend the night killing mosquitoes? Install screens!!

Nice location No parking

We booked a triple room, but when we arrived on a Friday evening we were given a double at a different address that was farther from the town center. The host was unresponsive until Monday. Also, there was mildew around the edges of the shower. The host contacted us on Monday and apologized, saying he had been out of town, and gave us a discount to try to make it up, but we would rather have had the room we reserved

Very modern, very clean, comfortable bed, large shower, air conditioning and easy access to town centre. NoTea/coffee making facility in the room, no fridge in the room although one was available at the property.

The apartment was as it looks like on the photos. Spacious and just 5 minutes away from the center.

Exceptional

When we arrived, we discovered that we were actually supposed to go to another address, not the one indicated on booking. We tried calling the host, and he never picked up but answered us only via messages so we never actually saw him. The room also did not have amenities, such as soap or shampoo that we could use.

Spacious room with big windows. Clean room and bathroom. Central location! Shared refrigerator in the shared corridor of the apartment which was monitored by camera 24/7.

Amazing location! Spacious apartment nicely decorated and very clean. It's easy to check in and check out. Mosquitos... During the sleep I got many mosquito bites.

Just a perfect stay in Trapani, very close to port and historic centre. Very clean efficient and value for money.

One of the beds was a bit uncomfortable, as you could feel the springs.

The place isn’t t located at the place described in the avertissement. The room doesn’t correspond to the room described. The person let the key and give the access code by sms but the day that person ask several times, late at night, insisting to met to get paid whereas I was away fm the city.
