Great location and big rooms Bathroom needs an update (paint/facilities), apart from this all good

Spacious room Friendly staff but they speak no English Central location Arriving, the whole place had a stench irritant to my lungs. It got worse while waiting for my room that needed cleaning. Turned out it was from, besides disinfectants, toxic mosquito ​pesticides being used as a daily procedure according to the owner. ​She acknowledged toxic products and that I shouldn't be in the room until afternoon. Which she later changed to products used only when a new guest arrives, and later from toxic to normal and ecologic. ”Weird smell” as some reviews state. ​No mosquito nets​, ​although having a mosquito problem which has been mentioned in earlier reviews. ​No information about these toxic products until ​I asked due to ​me feeling ill​, and no refund even though apparent health concerns. She replied that nobody had died from it, ​that she has good reviews, that I exaggerated​ and that it would settle by afternoon. I went back ​later to see if ​it was true and maybe use my 3 paid nights. ​The strong ​smell was still lingering, also in fabrics​, the bed and walls. ​No refund, incl. the paid in cash city tax. The owner ​was upset and wrote that my complaints was because I had to wait a long time to be let into the building​, as nobody was there as agreed​, also adding it was all my fault. I never used the room and booked a second stay.

The only thing I would say is that the cleaning lady was screaming a lot, and I was a little scared honestly haha but overall it was great and I plan to stay there next time I am in town

The staff were genuinely helpful and friendly — the one bright spot of the stay. Unfortunately, that was the only positive. The overall condition of the property was well below acceptable standards. The room was clearly not properly cleaned before our arrival. The towels had a strong unpleasant smell, the bathroom was dirty, and there was trash scattered outside the bin — as if the previous guest’s belongings had never been removed. The most disturbing discovery came at night: a used sanitary pad was stuck to the fan. It was deeply unsanitary and completely unacceptable. Had I not been exhausted from traveling, I would have demanded a refund and checked out immediately. I would not recommend this property until their cleaning standards improve significantly.

Welcome Christmas cookie Great shuttle service Central Lovely cleaning lady Friendly staff For the price ok..but did not met my expectations as I booked for myself to enjoy a cozy warm accommodation. AC is not working and it was cold Staff said its working. It was on but not coming out. Check filter maybe;) Balcony window door was not possible to close completely with that storm and rain uncomfortable. It was freezy. Staff is not there really or just to pop in for a few minutes. Breakfast is not offered with croissant like on the pictures and no fresh fruits I didn't read correctly on description that I booked a room with common bathroom to share but that was my fault. Matress could be changed TV remote needs a check

Ideal for families to stay. Totally Equipped kitchen, pleasant bathroom. Close to the supermarket and close to the fish market. There was no problem.

Location few steps from main bus and train station. Nice big spacious room with balcony Peppe, the host was fantastic, gave me so many tips and also where to eat the nest arancini in Trapani! Nice to have coffee or juices from kitchen as you like. Very noisey road, for me I found it difficult to sleep! Also, the shower was only hot for few minutes before going cold, that's a pity! Expected better breakfast but was only cereal and biscuits.

The elevator 1. Keys were not giving until several hours after checkin 2. Room was full of mosquitos (I killed at least 10) 3. Other guests have killed dozens of mosquitos as seen everywhere on the walls of the room 4. The AC sounds like a jet engine and 5. The next door guest was playing loud TV (in Italian) until 5 am in the morning, smoking cigarettes, which the smell leaked to my room due to the poorly secure door. Overall, I would give place a zero.

Nice central location just steps away from the railroad station, 5 minutes walk form the middle of downtown. The design on the pictures look fresh, however everything is quite old, especially the 20 year old bed sheets made of plastic are dissappointing. The bathroom is probably cleaned once daily for many guests. The shower is tiny (ca. 60x60 cm) and also moldy. The smell of the building and the corridor of the aparment is quite strange. I would not call what they have served breakfast. They are offering two types of cereal and some butter cookies and crackers; coffee, milk and juice to drink. I mean if one is really hungry ok...

Clean and good location to explore Trapani I was there on Saturday night and it was pretty noisy out in the street until the early hours . So nothing against the property. Breakfast was very basic but it wasn’t an expensive place to stay.

The location To many moscitos were coming from the park. I tried to kill them, but it was not possible so I was suffering the whole nights.
