Very comfortable stay, and a convenient location.

No telephone Yogurt and fresh tossed fruit would run out early in the morning leaving knows who come at 9 AM for breakfast short of these items

Nice location, large hotel with nice decorations. My room was a little dated but nice and comfortable Check out took 20 minutes. The woman was very rude, no hello or goodbye. No apology for the wait. After 20 minutes of no eye contact and no acknowledgement while I was waiting I told her I needed to go. I was late for an appointment (the reason I was in Traunstein). I thought 20 minutes was plenty of time to check out, it normally is in other hotels. She then helped me but very reluctantly, first she told me no I had to wait, before then taking my key off me. Still no apology, no farewell greetings. She was dealing with another customer but they also looked frustrated and she was being rude to them, rolling her eyes, and just generally didn't care. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. She sat there in her winter coat, with no smile and definitely not the attitude you want from someone who is checking people in and out. Otherwise the stay was nice, but customer service needs to be improved.

We had an issue with our car while we were there. Connie the hotel manager went abound and beyond to help us resolve the situation so we found continue our journey. If she hadn’t done this we’d still be there for 3 further days Nothing

The size of the room, the location, nice building (but screaming for renovation) the kindness and professionalism of the front desk lady, Cornelia. No air condition, so the temperature in the room was abnormal and the air in the room was so smelly and heavy... The ignorance of the stuff at breakfast is unseen, everything you asked them for, you feel like they are heavily forced to do it, no kindness, no smile, no good vibe at all....the bad smell in and around the hotel, the general cleanliness of the hotel could be much better.

The hotel was wonderful, the room was really big and and the breakfast was excellent (especially the scrambled eggs were great). The location within Traunstein was also good with a praking spot for the the car (if required). Personnel was friendly. Honestly there is nothing I didn't like.

Style

The location the facilities in the room the spaciousness, the quietness of the location considering there was a full size music festival around 400 meters away. The staff very very accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel. I was on a motorcycle adventure and i can't praise it enough. Big comfy bed as well. Nothing. All was great

Like in small town I didn’t realize no AC. It’s my false that I didn’t really looked it well in the advertising also because I expected all the hotel should have AC. I wouldn’t be able to have a nice sleep even one night. The managers were very nice except the house keeper from Russian that you should fire her. Not friendly and very rude even though I trying to communicate with her

That we could open the windows... to receive a bit of humid wind! NO AIR CONDITIONING NOT EVEN A FAN... THE ROOM WAS A F@(<!& OVEN. TEMPERATURE INSIDE 29C -ALSO THEY CHARGEF ME A NIGHT THAT I DID NOT USE.

Big rooms, great breakfast, opposite the park and a short walk into the town centre, staff were friendly and helpful especially with the car parking
