Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Room was big It was way over priced. Room was old. Advertise three king beds but only had two with a single.

Great location For me there wasn't enough sound insulation - walls between rooms, room door and old pipework that runs quite loud throughout the building. It's fine, just feels a little bit run down.

The hotel is in a fine location, close to the center and on a main street. Good for easy arriving and departing. The room was quite large and spacious with fully carpeted floors. The instructions to enter the hotel by keycode were easy to understand and follow. The beds were super comfortable. While the location was good, there was substantial construction right under our window. The street was closed and workers were laying pipes, starting at 7 in the morning. This is not the hotels fault, but they did nothing to warn us in advance that there may be extreme noise early in the day. We could have bought earplugs. There was nobody at reception at our checkin, even though it's a hotel. The reception hours are 7-12, and after that you have nobody to help with check-in. Also, they didn't answer our messages to confirm something. So you feel kind of lost while going in. In the room, for 5 people, there was only one small garbage bin in the bathroom, and there was two 0.33ml bottles of water and two cups waiting as a "welcome" drink. For 5 people, 2 cups, 2 small bottles. It would be better to have nothing, this just annoyed us. Some of the sheets were dirty. There was half a toilet paper roll for 5 people in the bathroom. The room is big, but some of the furnirure and areas were weird and just took up space. There was a kitchen area with no appliance, only a fridge, but there is ample room for a fully equpped kitchen. So it's just a bunch of small cupboards taking up a wall. There's towels all over the hotel on chairs in hallways, I guess to take if you need more? But no way to be sure of this, there's nobody to ask. Our stay was okay but there should have been somebody around at least until 17 to change the dirty sheets and give us another roll of toilet paper, and maybe a can to put our garbage. This way you're just left alone to try flipping sheets and put garbage in a corner of the room...

All in all it was really clean! Check-in was really easy with keys to pick up in a safe. The facilities in the room I.e the bed show that their are not the newest. Comfort wasn’t too good. Parking situation was also a little difficult with the construction outside from the hotel. But for the money we paid, it was quite okay!

The location. No lift available

Toilet was lovely designed and clean Design of the rooms is silly, very old and it smelled like sweat when the first time i entered the room. They have pretty old and dirty tepich for floor and i sisnt trust myselc to step on it barefoot. You nees to recresch the rooms and start to do some design because that was pretty horiffic. Even the entrance and stairsway qas full of non sense deco, overfilled simply? All you need to do is change the old tepichs and color the room at least. No mini bar what was pretty wierd, and room just felt so empty.

Breakfast included a good variety of cereals, cold meats, cheeses and bread rolls with good toppings. There is no reception service after midday and I would have greatly appreciated very hot water being available for tea and coffee in the afternoon after a long journey to the hotel.
