No clock in the room. The night stands by each side of the bed did not have a lower shelve.

Traveling on business spend time on the computer at the desk. There’s not even a chair to sit. I had to go to the cafeteria and carry a heavy steel chair to my room This is ridiculous and unacceptable a true miss on Hilton

Our first room had a very strong smell of dog in it. The front desk clerk was very helpful though, in providing us a room change, including a complementary upgrade to a junior suite. The new room was very clean. There are some minor maintenance issues that they could address. For example, the bed made a terrible squeak if someone sat down on it. The mattress was comfortable, though. Breakfast was pretty bare bones but fine: bagels, yogurt, cereal, fruit.

The cleanliness of the entire facility was outstanding. We also found all of the staff very courteous and helpful! The morning breakfast was excellent as well. The pet policy. We are NOT anti pet, but we prefer our animals outside on our farm, including dogs. I nearly passed on the this hotel because of the policy, but the location convinced me to try it. Might I suggest a floor or a wing or at least a bank of rooms that are non pet rooms? Just a suggestion. I also think you need a stoplight and better signage, at least a road sign, at your main entrance.

Nice newer establishment. Close to the mall, shops and food. Room has clean and nice, and the beds were nice but the mattress was on the softer side. Staff was nice and the breakfast hostess (I think her name was Helen?) was fabulous! Nice continental breakfast, but very limited on options/selections. No pool. Expensive based on these items.

Modern hotel convenient to shopping and restaurants. Comfortable rooms and bed with a nice shower. The only downside was the cold breakfast. Very dissappointing.

While I liked this hotel very much, I would probably not choose to stay here again. The lack of a microwave in the room was a big downfall for us, especially since we were there for an extended stay. The fridge in the room was also very small, smaller than most that I have experienced in other hotel stays. It's too bad, because although a bit sparse the rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is adequate and all of the staff was super nice and accomodating.
