The most friendly owner and staff, you are fine in Italy! Room service was delivered personally from staff and owner very very good breakfast is included and we also had some nearby restaurant recommended from the owner was very very good also and very very inexpensive A very, very honest there was nothing I didn’t like about the property

My family and I spent a week in the beautiful mansard apartment with two full bedrooms and a pullout sofa! The apartment included a full kitchen, washing machine, an an elevator. From the living room is a large terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee or your afternoon spritz with an expansive view that includes the ocean. Even more important than the apartment amenities was the hospitality that we experienced during our stay. The proprietor greeted us upon arrival and the staff was exceptionally helpful with advice about local travel and even arranged a driver for us on one day. We highly recommend the Etna Royal View and would certainly return when our travels bring us back to Trecastagni.

Scammers and liars. They tried to swindle us with the wrong rooms and promised us a working and prepared hot-tub. We found a cold, half full, dirty and broken hot tub instead. Upon our arrival, my brother and I entered the hotel. We asked to see the rooms and the hot tub, before making my elderly mother get out of the car to settle her in. We had learned from a few other stays that what they promise you is not always what they give you. Good thing we trusted our gut. They showed us to our two rooms, but they weren't the rooms we had reserved. We made sure to have four separate beds in our reservation, and they gave us two rooms with two double beds (still for four people, but not what I booked. My booking had four seperate beds for four single adults who don't want to share beds. So they tried to pull a fast one on us there. I held firm and pulled up the booking and showed them. Then, the hot tub. I had asked to make sure it was ready and working and would be set up for that evening for our arrival, and they assured me that it was working and would be ready for us. Another lie. The hot tub was half full, completely cold, dirty, and they said that a pump was broken or something. They called somebody to come and fix the hot tub and offered us a new room with three beds like we had originally reserved, and assured us that the hot tub would be working in 20 minutes. Another ridiculous lie. The front desk attendant and the hotel owner (the father?) said they understood our disappointment and offered us a full refund. I asked them what they needed from me to get the refund and they said they would do it through booking.com. That, unfortunately, was the last time I heard from them. Now they claim that we were a no-show, and that the hot-tub worked, and they offered us an upgrade, which we declined. How can we be a no-show and also decline an in-person upgrade? Booking.

The place is well worth the price. We stayed in apartment with a bubble bath, and the view from it was amazing. Breakfast was brought to the apartment every morning, The options were good, and food was good tasting, but after few days we ran out of options to try something new. Portions were bid enough to have some leftovers for later. Iris with white cream was the favorite. We arrived later than check-in time, so the personnel sent us clear instructions on how to get to the apartment. Parking inside the gate has 3-4 spots, but on the street outside is plenty of free spaces. Wi-fi was quite good, with speeds around 10 Mbs. Not perfect, but better than in most hotels. Bubble bath had some issues, but the owner himself came with a plumber to solve it the same day I reported about it. There was a washing machine, but no washing detergent. The pillows were made of memory foam, and I never could get comfortable with those.

The breakfast was very good and on time. The Studio Apartment was very clean and with a wonderful view. For us everything was excellent! Ms.Venere was kind and very friendly at the same time. I will book for sure the next time I'll visit Sicily. Communication was also perfect and also reply on time. Thank you for your service.

Fantastic appartment with great view of Catania from a huge terrace. Federica was always very helpfull and kind. The breakfast was served in the room with typical sicilian sweet and salty bites. The village offers at 10min walk restaurants, bars and also a grocery store.

Amazing host and service. We arrived late from the airport, so we received all needed instructions to get into our apartment. Delicious breakfast, seems like a safe neighbourhood :) It was a groundfloor, so no any special view, though property is in a really nice place:) otherwise, nothing

The property is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and our apartment was very spacious and included an extremely large surrounding terrace with breathtaking views. Our children loved having that space to play and run freely. Apartment was very comfortable and the staff there were very welcoming and helpful. We will gladly book again when we return to Sicily ?

Very friendly reception lady, gave us a warm welcome and brought us breakfast every day. We had the top floor appartement for us and 2 kids, which is very comfortable. The shower is a bit small

Building is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are well equipped for easy living and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. Recommended stay.

We were with an electric car and we found it very convenient

The staff was very helpful and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The location is very nice and well located if you are with a car. Quick drive to many shopping centres and also to Etna. We could rest assured that our car was parked and safe through the night.

The hosts are great and extremely helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that we are as comfortable as possible and enjoy our time at them. They are helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area and make sure you make the most of your time there They also offer electric car charging facilities which made our stay in Sicily even better.

Friendly atmosphere, the staff was very kind. The breakfast is served fresh from a nearby bakery. We stayed in the apartment, which is well equipped. Great views from the terrace. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. It'd be nice to have some basic cooking stuff in the kitchen (cooking oil, salt, pepper etc.).
