Breakfast was the best. I guess we got what we paid for.
-
No milk in the room with the tea and coffee and the electric kettle was difficult to get to

Great host. Ideally situated for the port of St Malo. Lovely comfortable room with a large, but somewhat dated bathroom. Breakfast for all guests is plentiful and delicious and served at the large kitchen table. We headed into the next village of Pleurtuit for a superb dinner at restaurant La Rance. Nothing

Lovely building and gardens in a quiet location. Good breakfast. The private bathroom was good but we didn't like the location across the landing.

Very friendly hosts, excellent breakfast. The village is very quiet and its a perfect location to start from to visit some coast villages in Bretagne. The beds were a little bit on the hard side to our personal taste, but that is of course our experience.

Corinne and Philippe are very welcoming and kind. They let us picnic in their beautiful gardens and offered us glasses and cutlery. Perhaps offer of a boiled egg at breakfast.
-
The discrepancy between what is promised and what you get. For example breakfast was rather minimal, towels were not clean and even wet!

Lovelly place and excellent breakfast nothing

Pleasant location, great hospitality, delicious breakfast with plenty of homemade local dishes. Private toilet outside the room. Narrow spiral staircase, it's difficult to climb with luggage.

Breakfast was basic but adequate and Philippe very helpful in finding an adapter for our car charger. The description on the booking.com site is misleading and needs to be amended. We had expected a car charger but it was only a normal mains outlet at 2kW and only gave 25kWh charge overnight (less than half a charge) , for which the 15Euro fee is a bit excessive . The booking.com site says: 'Electric vehicle charging station'. This is not correct. An electric vehicle charging station should provide 7kW with a Type 2 connector, not a domestic plug for which we didn't have an adaptor. We had also expected en-suite facilities in our bedroom and were surprised to find that we had to use a shared bathroom. As there were no other guests it wasn't a problem but it could have been. The details on the booking.com site says: ' Each room comes with a private bathroom fitted with a bath or shower. ' This is not true. The Booking.com site also says|: 'guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant' implying that the property has a restaurant. Unfortunately this is not true and you need to go elsewhere.

Superb

The location is good for visiting Dinard, Dinan or Saint-Malo. The rooms were not clean: a layer of dust accumulated on the night lamp, stains on the curtains, broken light bulb. Very old bathroom with suspicious electricity connections. Lots of noises from the other rooms. We could here someone pee in the other room. The breakfast was limited. If you woke up to late certains things were already gone. Not enough room to seat everybody at the breakfast table at the same time. There were two dogs which almost jumped on my lap when I try to exit the car. As I am a bit scared of dogs, not a nice experience. The owner laughed this off saying that they are harmless and was joking about it the next morning at breakfast. Definitely overpriced!!

The breakfast was excellent; there was a very good choice of food, friendly and helpful hosts, a very welcoming atmosphere. Regional specialities were cooked and offered; really delicious home bakes. We had hoped to have a ground floor room as with a dog this would have been easier. Something happened as the booking request didn't seem to have passed this on. This was not the owners fault and we should have noticed and checked more carefully.

Our host was great. Very helpful! The nearest restaurant was not serving dinner.
