Perfect Every thing was perfect

Rather far by foot. Mostly feasible by car.

The views from the lakeside rooms are amazing. I really enjoyed the dinners on the grounds overlooking the lake. The food and service were exceptional.

The staff were so warm and welcoming - truly wonderful people! They were able to accomodate our request for the two rooms to be near each other or connecting. One of our rooms (as planned) had a lake view balcony that afforded a fantastic panoramic view of the lake since the hotel is located up on the hillside. The rooms were quite spartan, however they were very clean, in great condition and included everything we needed. The pillows were not to my liking - quite flat and firm - but that's a "me" problem. I'm sure I could have asked if there were other pillow options, but didn't.

Very nice, authentic Italian Villa stay. Property is beautiful. View doesn’t get better. The pool was nice to relax by. The food was excellent! Family run. Very nice people. Bed could h e been more comfortable.

Free parking, comfortable bed, very polite hosts. Nothing, really. It's only a recommendation. The place seems specialized in welcoming 50+ guests, which is great, but if you are looking for more dynamic evening, you better drive down the hill.

The View

Loved the vibe! It was just like we were staying in a grandparent’s home. The balcony is the best part! The views were amazing! It is way up the mountain, which is great for views, but make sure to have transportation ready. We rented Vespas. Live like the Italians!

The view from our lake view room was just mind blowing. I sat there on the balcony for a while… the staff is super nice, the parking great, breakfast excellent. I’ll be back. Water pressure in the shower is weak. The pillows are just too thin. You need a car to stay here, unless you taxi…

Well appointed very clean room with a large bathroom. Lake view from balcony was amazing, really amazing. We spent hours on the terrace watching boats on the lake while drinking cappuccinos. The owner went out of their way to assist with transport to surroundings. Hotel restaurant food was authentic and delicious, and they catered for allergies. Breakfast had a wide selection and eggs-your-way to order. Walking from the bus stop to the hotel with luggage is terrible - hire a taxi or ask owner for a lift.

Beautiful view and breakfast was delicious

Great view from the room. Nice breakfast. The owner expecting you to eat dinner in the hotel and seems to be very unhappy when we decided to eat outside. Dinner starts really late and based on a fix menu with relatively high price. Parking was good and nothing to do around the hotel.
