We loved the Hotel Venezia. The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was amazing…right in the centre of town.

Big bathroom. Big bedroom. Cleanliness. Towels like sandpaper. Hard mattress. Uncomfortable pillows. Internet service requiring "registration" to get access.

Room was in a strage spot facing the inner courtyard and when people smoked the smell would waft into our room.

Our room was on the 4th floor of the hotel without the elevator, but the staff contacted us after reserving the room and warned us, so it is not much of a problem, just a reminder.

Excellent breakfast, perfect room and hotel staff, but Trento center near the Duomo is a bit noisy.

Location, size of room and bathroom, and morning breakfasts were phenomenal. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Site says its a 2star, it is so much better than normal 2stars Inner courtyard view was, a meh, but we didn't come here to stare out a balcony window.

The room had this old-fashioned ambience. But I suppose the entire city had it too. But I expected something slicker, considering the price.

The location was spectacular, right off the Piazza di Duomo and in front of the fountain. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was spotlessly clean, the staff friendly and informative, and the included breakfast was fabulous! A wonderful bonus was the Trentino Guest Cards, which provided free public transport, and free or reduced-price admission to museums. The only dischord for us was the evening noisy chatter of people in the piazza--to be expected with the central location. With the window closed it was perfectly quiet, but we like the window open for fresh air, which let the sound from the piazza in as well.
